I paid 16 dollars for a sandwich that was partially topped 2 slices of bacon.. 16 dollars absolutely ridiculous

I give no stars..for DENISE is the most rude person I have ever encountered and should not b allowed to serve the public..she refused to put my cheese on the side for a tuna sandwich and refused to put spinach on it and then THREW THE SANDWICH IN THE TRASH AND REFUSED TO MAKE THE SANDWICH..THIS BEHAVIOR IS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE AND MY WIFE AGE 74 HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TRAMATIZED BY THIS EXPERIENCE..IF THE DISTRICT MANAGER REEADS THIS IT OCCURRED ON 7/15/25 ABOUT 3:30. I ASK THAT YOU REVIEW THE CAMERA FOOTAGE..AS I AM INCLINED TO REACH OUT TO MY ATTORNEY. THIS MATTER WILL NOT GO AWAY.AND NEEDS TO B ADDRESSED
Went to this location at eight thirty to get some breakfast. Because they said it opened at 8 o'clock. The sign on the door says 8 o'clock. There was a employee inside, looked at me when I went to go open.The door quickly put their head back down.The open sign was not on, but the sign on the door clearly states that they open at eight o'clock.. Hope the manager sees this. Just so you know what your employees are doing.
Agree with all the other comments, I also wish I could give this one particular subway restaurant zero stars and it all starts from the Manager with a horrible nasty attitude. I know it's hard to find good help but the other subways in town are tremendous with Super nice employees and this one couldn't be more opposite! When I say the manager is terrible and hateful and breeds that mentality in that store I'm not exaggerating. I only go here when I'm on this side of town and in a hurry and I regret it every single time.
So, If you're not in a hurry, go to one of the other locations in town you will meet wonderful people!

Speedy service and good sandwich
Wish I could give zero stars, customer service was disgusting and rude to lady in front of me ordering 2 sandwich meals. Over $20. They refused to take her $50 bill as payment. Would rather throw the sandwiches out than just give her change. When register opened few minutes later there was plenty of change. This should not have been an issue. Simply could have just said hey we dont normally take larger bills, so you know for next time. Chose to deny the purchase instead, leaving the lady in tears! DISGUSTED was understatement. I made no purchase and left. Shame on you Subway.

They will only put 3 jalepenos on a sandwitch and when u ask for more they can't do it or put 1

Service was good ridiculous that i can’t ask for extra anything on my sandwich. Any other sandwich place your allowed to ask for extra veggies and such but not here. Will likely go to any other sub place but subway again if this is how it is. Only reason people come here is because the coupons they put out.

Seems subway is having trouble with their bottom line. Forever raising their prices and reducing some of the quality. Now they are down to counting how many pickles their employees are allowed to put in a customers sandwich. I couldn’t even get more pickles if I offered to pay for them. It’s sad really. Subway has always been fairly decent, but if they expect to hold business the way they are doing it now, they will start loosing customers to other places.

Always get great service here. The workers I've met in the evenings have been great. I appreciate seeing them change their gloves appropriately, which I've not always seen at other locations.

Love the service at subways. Who doesn't love a fresh sandwich made right in front of them. There are also many choice sandwiches to float anyone's boat. Only thing is lettuce could be fresher and the don't have avocado. Still going back.

I truly don’t understand the bad reviews of this place. My only complaint is that when I drove up to use the drive-through, nobody answered and I had to go inside. Besides that, my food was really good.

The price has gone up but the food is no better. To put your sandwich in a bowl, and call it a salad, adds $2.50 to the cost. If you look real hard at the bottom of the menu board, you can see that in very light print. Honestly I almost walked out. If I hadn't been with others, I would have.
