The taco bell on 65 highway was HORRIBLE. I WAITED 20 INSIDE FOR MY FOOD. The bottoms of my tacos were REALLY soggy and falling apart. The taco shells were stale. And the chip for my chips and cheese were literally little crumbs. There was hardly anything on my tacos. I will not return for a very long time at that location.

My fiancé went to pick up an online order but turned out some of it didn’t go through. So instead of placing another online order, he asked to order right then and there the rest of his original order: two supreme soft tacos and two Cinnabon delights. The guy at the window said no without giving a reason. It is not a big deal to add onto an order. I know since I work in customer service too. You lost profit for your store because you wouldn’t take a small request. Don’t expect them to be nice I guess.

Ordered the new chicken nuggets and they were very tasty. Light spicy flavor but juicy and tender.

Cheese roll ups weren’t melted at all, just cheese rolled up in a cold shell. Cantina quesadilla was just a regular quesadilla packaged in cantina box, no melted cheese on outside. Took 20 min for 4 cars to get their orders.3 employees visibly working. Poorly run Taco Bell with workers that don’t know what they’re doing.

Food was alright. Service was slow, but what do you do when nobody wants a fast food job anymore? I just wish Sedalia would wise up and put a second location on the East side of town. 🤷 *Note* There is now a 2nd location on East side of town. Lol

Me and my friends went to Taco Bell. It took them 2 hours to make our food. We didn’t even get our cups until 30 minutes in because there was no attendant at the counter. They refused to give us a refund on top of that. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any food and the staff was rude and belittled us during our wait.

Stood waiting on kiosk no one would take my orders.we were ignore so 7 peoples orders walked out with me!! I thought I would give them another chance after a year of not going there.Not again!

Waited over 35 minutes for an order I never received. When I went inside to inquire about it I was informed they had given it to someone else. Absolutely horrible service.

Had a very odd experience in the drive through. My girlfriend and I pulled up in the drive thru, and we were the only people in line. I asked for a second to look at the menu, and then after 20 seconds, the lady asked us to either pull over or come to the counter because it would effect their "drive time". Huh??? We hadn't even placed our order yet. There's no cars behind us. The drive time shouldn't even have started yet because we hadn't even started our order. We left and are now sitting in the drive thru of the other Sedalia taco bell as I type this.

This place needs divided bathrooms for men and women and that means two separate bathrooms with one having men on it and the other one having women on it that is a big issue with this place until they fix that I do not recommend bringing no children to this place
Kid-friendliness: They need separate bathrooms that are marked men on one women on the other until this issues resolved don't bring your children
