Placed order at kiosk and chose option to pay cash at 11:33. Waited till 11:40 to flag someone down to check status and pay. Meanwhile 2 guys who came in 5 minutes after I did got their order. Finally got my food at 11:49.

Why is there literally black mold growing on the walls?? 🤢 not only in this one place too. Several other spots on the walls.

Fleas actively jump on you inside the restaurant tonight and nats flying around. May be due to the dripping soda machine. Urine smell from the bathrooms carries out to the entryway. Insect problem needs to be addressed asap. Very unfortunate.

Spent 45 minutes in the take out lane...wasn't in a big hurry, so I waited it out. In the line behind me, people kept pulling out of line and driving away. Taco Bell lost a lot of money during the lunch hour. When I finally made it to the window, the young man confirmed my order and I ask him about the wait. He did apologize and say they were short staffed because of call ins, etc. He was really sweet and apologized again for the delay after giving me my food. But, it goes to show why it's fast food isn't fast any longer. Will be going to more Mom and Pop diners in the future.

The taco bell on 65 highway was HORRIBLE. I WAITED 20 INSIDE FOR MY FOOD. The bottoms of my tacos were REALLY soggy and falling apart. The taco shells were stale. And the chip for my chips and cheese were literally little crumbs. There was hardly anything on my tacos. I will not return for a very long time at that location.

My fiancé went to pick up an online order but turned out some of it didn’t go through. So instead of placing another online order, he asked to order right then and there the rest of his original order: two supreme soft tacos and two Cinnabon delights. The guy at the window said no without giving a reason. It is not a big deal to add onto an order. I know since I work in customer service too. You lost profit for your store because you wouldn’t take a small request.
Don’t expect them to be nice I guess.
