okay so we went here around 10:45 at night and the African older lady was being extremely rude through the drive through and when we have pulled up to the front to pay she was getting an attitude all over because i didn’t know that there was three different types of chicken that they have. absolutely ridiculous, why be rude for no reason and then have an attitude the whole time, if you hate your job so much don’t work there no reason to ruin someone’s night.

The food tastes good like any normal Taco Bell but the bathrooms were absolutely nasty and it looks like the floors haven’t been mopped in days.

Apparently came in at shift change. No one even started my order until the new shift got clocked in and ready to go.

Value for the dollar? Just go to one of the authentic Mexican restaurants, or even a food truck. You'll spend about the same $$ and get better quality food, in real portion sizes. Won't be returning. Deleted my app.

I don't leave reviews but this was bad .Crunch wrap was only lettuce and tomato a slight bit of cheese a tiny tiny bit of meat and no sour cream. Waited 15 min with only one car in front of me in the drive-thru and no cars outside

The staff on the make table picked up a nacho fry and ate it right in front of me and the other customers and didnt even change his gloves afterwards. This is the second time i seen something nasty like this at this location. Management needs to look at the videos and re train there workers on things like that

Literally no sense of urgency during a rush. They can have a line in the drive thru and people standing around in the lobby and everyone moves slower than molasses. What was the point of opening a second location is the quality was gonna be this bad.

It's not a 5 star restaurant, it's quick and medicore. We find this one to be the better of the two Taco Bells in town.

Would recommend this one over the one on 65 hwy. But I wouldn't recommend coming in during the day if your doordash I was just told they keep putting my order towards the end and taking walk ins first. Night shift doesn't do that they make sure and help us dashers first!!!!

Just got a Dorito Taco that must have been DAYS old!
My friend ordered me 2 Doritos Locos Tacos. Only one of the two had any feeling of residual heat from cooking. I'm honestly not surprised to get a room temperature taco from this location. But upon eating one of them I felt immediately that something was horribly wrong.
I dont claim to be the neatest person, during college I would leave leftover tacos on my desk to finish in the morning.
The one I recieved had to have been left for significantly longer.
And the last time we went, my friend found a piece of hard plastic in his burrito. He felt a shard crunch in his mouth and was lucky to not have swallowed it or smaller pieces, or chipped his one of his molars.
I will update this review accordingly.

Placed order at 7:17pm didn’t receive it until 8:05pm. Lady was rude to my wife and other lady just playing away on her phone. Really thought this store would be better than the other one in town since it was new but I was sadly mistaken.
