She was wonderful to us. She knocked our Grandson’s birthday cake out of the park. She’s a sweetheart too.

NEVER USE HER. She and her male helper showed up 3 hours late to the wedding. Both DRUNK. Yes DRUNK. The wedding cake only had 3 tiers instead of 4. She said the 4th layer didn’t make it whatever that means. It was not even done when they arrived. They were putting it together in a back room. The icing was not put on thick enough and It was nothing like what was ordered. The cake was dry. The cupcakes were all chocolate-not the 3 special flavors that was ordered and paid for. The icing tasted like it came out of a Duncan Hines can. The grooms cake looked like a hot mess and stuff just thrown on it and part of it not covered with icing. Needless to say this lady should NOT be doing cakes. So unprofessional, disorganized and seems to always have personal matters. She even met with the wedding party 4 times before the wedding. Like who is DRUNK and has an obligation to provide a service to people. Even the venue people couldn’t believe it.

I would not waste your time or your hard earned money on what this lady provides as a service. And I don’t doubt any negative reviews on this place (the cake lady) The lady was given two weeks to complete the cake for $250 for my grandmothers 74th birthday. The lady did not have the cake done in time just like any other custom cake was supposed to be special for a special event her birthday and failed to do so. I hate writing the review and I don’t wish anybody use it in the negative way. I just want to save people time money and headaches because we are now scrambling to put something special together.

I don't know where to start I'm just upset first the cake for my daughters wedding looked nothing like the picture we gave her she also messed up on the 2 tier flavors she put the flavor on the top tier we wanted on the bottom. The bottom cake was not all the way done. I'm just upset the price was $320.00 it was not worth it at all. Never again will I go to her

My best friend ordered a cake from the cake lady weeks in advance. The day of the party, 15 minutes before we were set to pick up our cakes, she called and said it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. This made us 30 minutes late to the birthday party and when we got to her house it still wasn’t ready. The cake looked like it came from Walmart and was poorly decorated. We also ordered chocolate cupcakes and she said she ran out of chocolate and had to use Oreo instead. Not once did she call to let us know this flavor was no longer available. When we told her this isn’t what we ordered she said we didn’t have to take it and we could leave. She also said she had been dealing with a personal experience, that caused delays but not once did she communicate this to my friend. Poor communication and overly priced cakes that were dry and not good

Beware if you are booking this company for your wedding. My friend booked them for her wedding cake, and the day of the wedding she ghosted everyone when we tried to get in touch with her. She was also severely late on delivery with no reason or communication. I am so grateful she showed up even though it was last minute.

Posting about two negative experiences. I got married in November, we picked out cakes and flavors months in advance. She then texted a month in advance needing the flavors. She showed up as the ceremony started, with less cupcakes than we paid for, and with a dry and crooked cake.I was in a wedding this weekend that was even worse. They paid for 10 cheesecakes that she didn’t even bring, she brought rock hard store bought bites of cheesecake. Not only that, the wedding cake they received was the wrong flavor entirely. Very unprofessional, wrong orders delivered, and screwing people out of money. Will not use again.

Been to two separate weddings now within a four month time span where the cake lady completely messed up the orders. Wrong flavored cakes at both, not as many cupcakes that were ordered, and instead of the homemade cheesecakes that were ordered she delivered store bought mini cheesecakes that were hard as a rock.

The Cake Lady brought the wrong cake & cupcakes to my parents 50th anniversary event. I had even confirmed with her 2 days before regarding the color of the ribbon & the color of the flowers.I do not appreciate having to return her trays to her when I paid a delivery fee.I did give 2 stars instead of one because the cakes themselves were very good in flavor.
