Food was ok! I expected better maybe it was an off night for the cook?
Had the cedar grilled salmon it was slightly over cooked!
My mashed potato's had a half a potato in it!
My wife's had the steak medallions with blue cheese she ordered the steak medium rare it was well done if not over cooked the steak was burnt!

We had a great meal at Ivory Grille. Husband had the cheddar jalapeño mac and cheese with BBQ brisket, I had the sirloin, cooked to perfection I might add, with Frites and roasted Brussel sprouts. Followed with a chocolate martini for dessert.

This review is for the Oak Room Lounge only! We have eaten at the Ivory many times and loved it. However, during our most recent stay at the Bothwell we decided to have drinks and an app first at the lounge. The bartender was anything but friendly, actually even seemed annoyed to have to wait on us when we sat at the bar. His entire negative and nonchalant demeanor really was off-putting. He moved like molasses and took too long to bring us our two drinks. Not how we wanted to start our evening! But the stuffed mushrooms were delicious!

If you missed Mother’s Day Brunch at the Ivory Grille, plan to be there next year! The atmosphere is endearing, the food is superb!, the service is outstanding. There is no better way to treat your Mom on Mother’s Day! It is completely worth the drive!

Passing through town and found this gem. Beautiful setting in the hotel. The staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious. It was fairly quiet, which is a big deal for me these days.

The 2 times I have been there, my food was prepared well. My steak was overcooked and my chicken was still bleeding.

Bartender made the best drinks and was very professional and cordial. Our waitress was amazing and we ordered on her recommendations. The food was fabulous!

A very nice upscale vintage restaurant.

Everything was delicious.

Great drinks.

Nice service.

Parking: Found parking on main street.

Wheelchair accessibility: Steps down into the restaurant so not sure about wheelchair accessibility (I did not see a second entrance).

Good place to dine while at the historic Hotel Bothwell, but we were somewhat disappointed with both the quality of the food and service.

We always enjoy stopping in at the Ivory Grille when visiting family in Sedalia. Mary the hostess, is always smiling, friendly and funny. This time we sat at the bar. Rocky and Brittany took good care of us.
The employees all seem to get along well and keep busy.
Food and drinks are always tasty, the atmosphere is relaxing.
