We mobile ordered, got confirmation email, pulled up and they were trying to charge me an additional $6.00. We ordered to chicken nuggets kid meals and a free large ff on FreeFryday. Mobile order email showed 9.54 paid to Discover and they were telling me I need an additional 6 bucks. They finally gave us our order after I argued with them. Manager stated I will figure it out later. I don't mind paying my fair share but I will not overpay

Normally this restaurant is great, but my recent trip here wasn't the best. I order through the app, had a grilled chicken wrap through the app. All was fine there. Little before 11am went through the drive thru to get my food, it was a little busy which was fine since it was close to lunch rush.
Got my food, went to work and dug in for lunch. Cookie and fries were great, but the wrap something was wrong with it. The chicken was tough, which was okay I guess? Sometimes chicken is just like that. But the lettuce was brown and sad looking. I had to throw it away halfway through and I feel sick now after eating the wrap.
I called the restaurant to let them know the lettuce might be off but I was hung up on mid sentence! The call was made at 1 pm today on November 15th. I just hope I was hung up on because it was an urgent matter and not because whoever was on the other end didn't want to hear me anymore. I'm taking a break from this restaurant for a while until I know they have the lettuce thing sorted. I'll call again later to see if I can get a better response from anybody.

It's really sad to go to a fast food restaurant anymore and workers act like they don't comprehend to what you ask him at the window...isn't all your drinks a dollar knowing the red head dude heard me. Then 2nd window can't even get utensils for Cinnabon. It's getting sad and you all do get paid pretty good. I don't understand if you don't want to deal with the public just go on home my God it's pathetic

Food was good but it seemed like the employees did not want to take my order stood there for 5-10mins before I was even waited on.
Very rude front counter person. She so ride to my family that we just turned and walked out after paying for the food. I was not going to let her insult is because i handed her two $20s and she said i can't take these for payment. I said why can't you take a federal reserve note? She said she can't because they are to big. She finally takes them and kept shouting about it too the other employees. I finally looked at her and said have a great day and to donate the food to someone that needs it.

Food was good but they don't pay attention very well I asked for no onion's on both burgers and told them it was to go and guess what onions on both burgers and it was set up for dining room I'm glad I was allergic to onions because they would have killed me. So pay attention to your order
