Place has gone downhill. Eat here 2 or 3 times a week. The past couple months, my order is wrong 70% of the time. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes tonight. Ordered 1 item. A burger without any sauce. Get home. It's absolutely drowning in ketchup and mayo. Not going here anymore.

If I could give it a 0 I would. We got our food tonight and it was wrong. I took it back and they made new. My burger was cold and the cheese was very cold. I ate it, but when I left I let the girl know that it was the worst meal I've had in awhile. Her comment was "Well eat somewhere else then!". Ummm excuse me? I confirmed what she said and she said yes, that is what I said. I told her I would be talking to her manager tomorrow. She said really? I said yes. A boy who had just gotten off work said "You don't have to be a Karen!". Well I said I'm reporting both of you. You don't treat customers like this. I was not rude. I simply stated it was the worst food I've had in a long time. They aren't busy enough to tell their customers to eat somewhere else. I will be reporting to a manager and hopefully the owner tomorrow. I will also be letting all of my friends know of the disrespect I received tonight (I have 2000+ friends on Facebook).

With the coupons it was quite affordable. I loved the fries. The Baconator could be bigger and have some lettuce and tomatoes, but the taste was fine. Since I haven't been in a fast food place for ever, someone had to explain to me how the soda machine works. The staff was friendly and very respectful of my service dog.

Although the drive-thru may be a bit slow at peak hours, it is worth the 5 to 10 minute wait. I always get fresh food from this Sedalia location and will continue to be a returning customer.

Disappointed in my experience at the Wendy's in Sedalia today. We ordered breakfast on the app, went to the drive through sometime just after 10:15 am 10/8/23. We were asked to pull up and wait at the front of the building along with the car behind us while they made our order. When our orders were brought out to us we found that the employee had accidentally switched our order with the car behind us. The other car had already left without checking their order. So we went inside to explain what had happened and to ask if they could make the sandwich that we had originally ordered but did not receive. Every thing up to this point was perfectly understandable. We had very little issue, we understand that mistakes happen. We just wanted to get what we had ordered. The manager was unreasonably rude, and treated us as if it was entirely unacceptable that we dare to have made such a request. It was lunch time now and if we didn't like what they gave us, what we orderd or not, then that was our problem. So we asked if we could simply just get a refund on the sandwich that we had paid for but did not receive. At this point she entirely dismissed us and we were told that there was nothing she could do for us. We understand that breakfast ends, and they have to switch to the lunch menu at a certain time, we understand that sometimes mix ups happen. We understand that a sandwich in the grand scheme is a pretty small issue. That said there was absolutely no call for a manager of a business that operates on the basis of customer service to have treated us with such unkind disregard for our rather simple problem. Even had she given us the same answer but in a kind and respectful manner we would have understood. Common decency is all that we ask.
