normally I'd have absolutely nothing negative to say about this location as they have always been friendly. until today, my family and I placed an online order in which the app glitched and the order did not go through, however our bank account was charged the total amount. when I called the location there was a young girl who answered and was sweet as could be but because she was unsure of what to do she put her manager on the phone who essentially laughed and said it's a holiday banks are closed and I'd have to call my bank tomorrow. I kept trying to speak and was consistently being cut off so I asked if the manager would let me speak. she proceeded to tell me she didn't have time for me because she had a line of customers and was completely rude about it telling me I was the one being rude. I asked her who I could contact to resolve the issue as I was only trying to feed my family dinner and now the amount I spent for an order that did not go through was up in the air. she told me it wasn't their fault and to call bank tomorrow in which I ended the call.
Average sandwich on questionable bread. Cheap food at a cheap price.

So, moved a year ago out here to the South! It's taking a while to find all the familiar restaurants and conveniences. Finally realized there was a Subway near me in a little town named Senath MO. Unfortunately it was only Fair rather than good or great. Now to be fair, all restaurants and conveniences have Southern charm, great workers, utmost respect, but like all I've tried, " just missing the " Mark", quality and portion wise. I believe what's happening in our neck of the "Woods" is corporate neglect. Meaning I think training and QC random inspection gets slack or even lack .....it's like these small America areas get left to do the best they can when, it's truly " robbing " the local friends here in the South of what We should be tasting! Kinda like going to the Big Apple if you want a real"Pie", ( Pizza) or nothing like a Chicago style ( which all of Illinois small enclaves can reproduce) and I feel like any of these Brand teniques can be taught. We should be knowing that Subway Brand is always the one " oasis" in an otherwise bleak fast food area you can count on and that's not happening! So my experience today was awful, not because of the awesome counter person but the poor quality and portion that I've come to expect in the Heartland of America. A real Shame

I Visited on Today and if I could give this franchise a 0, I would . The manager was blatantly rude & Disrespectful in front of all the other customers. She cont’ to mouth and embarrass me because she messed up my good I “ PAID “ for and then refused to give me a refund because she messed up. Killer part is she stated “ I’m Not giving no refund” before she even looked or addressed the problem. She should be fired actually. She made this company look horrible.

Only one girl works at a time…minors are left there alone. Managers don’t like to do there jobs and makes the others do it for them. Ridiculous it’s still open.

Awful service. The workers look like they hate there lives everytime I go which is like every 1-2 months. I ordered online. Put specific instructions that are clearly stated when ordered. I asked for heated up bacon, and a sauce. I got my salad with uncooked raw bacon and no sauce. This is just a recent example of what has happen. There’s been many more similar situations that have happened. Honestly if they can’t do their job right they should honestly just close down. Get it together.

Way to expensive for what I got. The chicken tasted a bit funny as well. The employee was the only up side.

The manager and general manager ate ripping customers off the change machine doesnt give out correct change .do you know how much they make daily off of givimg wrong change back the manager and gm know about this for so long and customers have complained buy they just keep ripping customers offff and manger is is programmed register to charge (higher)wrong price for sandwiches beware
