Awful service. The workers look like they hate there lives everytime I go which is like every 1-2 months. I ordered online. Put specific instructions that are clearly stated when ordered. I asked for heated up bacon, and a sauce. I got my salad with uncooked raw bacon and no sauce. This is just a recent example of what has happen. There’s been many more similar situations that have happened. Honestly if they can’t do their job right they should honestly just close down. Get it together.

Most Subways are a great place to eat but I recomend going to one other than on highway 412 east in paragould ar. It seem they CAN NOT keep decent help. We went in last night to eat there was a female /young adult and a boy whom seemed maybe 16 to 18 also. There were 2 ppl in front of us and we were in line 25 min trying to get our food the girl disappeared as the boy was trying to with 5 failed attempts to get veggies right and by then a couple had come in behind us in middle of our sandwiches the boy blurts out kinda rudely you going to have to wait my co worker is in bath room throwing up she needs me in there....he left and 15 more min later he comes back never washing his hands I had already paid the girl just befor her vanishing act. Any rate when boy returned and went to handling our food I told him excuse me considering the poor service was bad enough but him stopping saying he had to go to his coworker she puking then retur unwashed hands I wanted my money back. He got mad said he can't do refund just take our food and go..... so far management has not addressed the problem nor replied to my calls. Ya go any where but there.

The manager and general manager ate ripping customers off the change machine doesnt give out correct change .do you know how much they make daily off of givimg wrong change back the manager and gm know about this for so long and customers have complained buy they just keep ripping customers offff and manger is is programmed register to charge (higher)wrong price for sandwiches beware
