Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Just had the worst experience in my 25 years of using this dairy queen the girl working the cash register on Sunday night January 11th was the most incompetent person I ever dealt with she messed up our orders, our change back, and our sundaeas my husband and I were both in awe at how bad the service was. Eddie would had been disappointed in her costumer service and just all around work performance. Please do better. I think we will just opt out of seneca dairy queen from now on.

The service was absolutely horrible from the second we walked in. The lady at the register couldn't figure how to do basic middle school math after messing up my order and payment she couldn't give me my correct change back for a 16 dollar order and was rude when I had to tell her how much change was due back, didn't give us our Sundaes, so we debating even asking for them because she was already so difficult to deal with but we already paid for them so tried getting it before leaving she tried recharging us for them then charging us for toppings its like she didn't know anything about her job. She needs properly trained. The restrooms were also very stinky and could use a good cleaning maybe she could start there.

Pretty disappointed with this location. We stopped by on the way to see family and got 2 combos that we ordered online about 10 mins away from the location. At the window the lady tried to hand us a sundae that we did not order, she shoved it into my husband's hand, then when told it wasn't ours she took it back and gave it to the correct customer... just nasty to think about a stranger touching your item, to only be handed to the correct person..

Our fries were cold so my husband went in to exchange them. He had to ask 2 times before they took the cold ones back to the man at the fry station, who then proceeded to stare my husband down with a mean look. They gave him hot fresh fries ( no bag, just the fry carton ) and left the cold ones sitting on the table next to the man.

We are hoping they actually got thrown away and not tossed back into the fryer as we had touched them and then the employee did also.

We used to work in the food industry and went through plenty Audits and heath trainings - so the fact that those fries didnt immediately hit the trash can gave us an ick.

We just won't return, which won't hurt their business, but I just ask that you be weary of your food.

It was a typical Dairy Queen experience. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh.

The cheese curds was like chewing soft leather, the bun on my cheeseburger was kind of chewy too. The chicken strips and fries were good and hot. The onion rings were hot and crunchy just the way I like them. I would visit again but not order the cheese curds or cheeseburger.

Went through the Drive Thru at 950 and all the lights were turned off and no one was answering the drive thru. Wasn’t able to order food and there was no notice of them closing early. Could see people on the back just talking

My boyfriend and I have never tried DQ so thought we'd try. We had hot meals, great service, great food as well. We we're very impressed and will return.
