After a big storm came through and knocked out power and left us without dinner Friday night we showed up to Mama’s Place hungry on Saturday morning. It’s a small home style diner, everyone there was super friendly! The food showed up fast and was delicious. I ordered the sausage breakfast special and a bacon egg cheeseburger, my wife had the bacon breakfast with a pancake. It was all soooo good just really hit the spot.
We traveled around 8 hours from Owensboro Kentucky to get to this area to pick up a new Cane Corso pup for our family. While all the driving back and forth in 2 days time and the storm power outage put a damper on things it was still a great trip worth taking. Everyone we ran into throughout the Seneca area was an absolute pleasure, friendly and helpful.

Stopped in here on my way to Dallas from Chicago and I absolutely loved it. No frills just an old diner that takes you back in time. The food was stick to your ribs good and exactly what I needed before I headed back on the road. Our waitress Virginia was an absolute sweetheart and made my meal that much more enjoyable. Next time I'm in Seneca I'll be sure to stop in again.

Their burgers and homemade curly fries are one in a million. Definitely worth the money. The waitress was very respectful and attentive. Good atmosphere.

Horrible service. Poor treatment of my friends service dog. Manager very rude. Regular town customers barking and meowing at our service dog. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.MY OPINION OF Seneca has taken a much different turn. We are regular casino goers there but will NEVER frequent this establishment again.
