We have been here when the food was really bad and the. It got better and was good. Today the meal is not hot. Our burger is like room temp and the tots aren’t cooked long enough. So sad. It was good for a while. Come on Sonic we need you here in Seneca!

Ordered a lemonade slush, verifying that they could do that but was just given lemonade. Ordered a chili coney with no cheese, even verifying the no cheese but they delivered it with cheese

The food was really good! Tried the fried pickles, and I think they'd taste a lot better if you all had some really decent HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH! 😜 Felicia was really kind and did an incredible job at delivering our food.

Maybe the worst service ive ever experienced. Placed my order ahead of time so that it shouldve been ready by 5:11 according to the app. Though I understand it normally takes a bit longer but after getting there and checking in I didnt get my order till 5:35, about 20 minutes after I got there. After getting my food I sat there to eat my meal and noticed my first burger (easy ketchup, easy mustard) was lukewarm at best, but thats fine I get they were a little busy but it showed my food was done for a while they just didnt bother to get it out to me till much later. Then I drank my half & half tea to find out it was unsweet, so I pressed the button to ask for a half & half tea. Before they answered my button press I had enough time to finish my first burger and move onto my 2nd. The 2nd burger was drenched in mayo even though on the reciept I asked for (easy mayo, easy ketchup) I tried wiping it off but even after doing so a couple of bites in and it was still inedible. At this point the button still wasnt answered, and I sat my 2nd, mayo drenched, burger to the side. Eventually they answered I explained I wanted a half & half tea w/ a cheeseburger (easy mayo & easy ketchup) and proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes for the correct order. When I got my order the tea was 1/2 & 1/2, but the burger was easy mayo & easy mustard (instead of easy mayo & easy ketchup). But thats fine im not picky when it comes to condiments so long as I can taste the burger so I ate it and it was okay. And bybthe time I left I had been stuck at that sonic for well over an hour just waiting for my food. All of this was not enough to make me write this review, even though I was tempted. The nail in the coffin was I had also ordered an Ultimate meat & cheese breakfast burrito to reheat and eat later. I just ate it and to my surprise not even that part of my order was correct, instead it was just a regular sausage egg & cheese breakfast burrito. Anyway wouldnt recommend this sonic, the workers ive interacted with seem nice, so I think its a management and training issue

they don’t know how to there job there always slow and goofing off and we have to wait over 30 mins in the slots when we were there before all the cars in the drive thru and didn’t even make our food or drinks right our slushy wasn’t even mixed
I sat here sat July 6th for 20 minutes waiting on a simple 15 dollar online order ..it's the same story everytime. I changed it ton5 stars you have made up for it since..I was having a bad day I'm sorry. Thank you for your response.

Ordered 2 drinks almost $8 for two fountain drinks and they were awful. So I told them about it so they remade still so watered down you couldn’t drink it. I try to give them another chance all the time since they’re local but this is the worst sonic in our area. Food always either not what you order or not edible.
