The service as always is subpar.
They should consider either having their wait staff learning some customer service or go to an order at the counter and get your own refills.

The service was great yesterday. The food and prices were very satisfying. I'll definitely go here again when driving through Seymour. The BBQ sauce that was a little spicy had a great flavor. The server was very attentive and polite. The sides and BBQ were better than anything I've tried in Springfield. Definitely worth the stop.

Staff was so friendly and helpful food was so good! Got pulled pork sandwich, 4 ribs, and fried okra. The ranch tasted homemade. Everything had great flavor and will definitely be back! Telling all my friends and family to try this place

I don’t really have a complaint, but I’ll just share my honest review of this restaurant.
The food— as a whole— was pretty average. The 2 items that I really liked was the BBQ SAUCE and the Baked Beans… Those were excellent. The Brisket and Turkey (or Chicken, I can’t remember) was pretty average. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. The sausage was not good at all, in my opinion. Lastly, the potato salad was pretty average— Not good or bad. Overall, if I needed a place to eat, I’d come back. But if I had other options that I knew were better, I’d go somewhere else. The overall value for the money was not worth it to me, in my opinion. I paid $23-ish for my meal, and it just seemed overpriced.
Anyways, my honest review. It definitely was not a bad experience.. just not my favorite place in the world.

What a great place. Managed to get there just before closing and the wait staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Food was fantastic. Get the fried okra for a real treat!

The brisket was perfectly cooked and of excellent quality. This was the very best BBQ I've had throughout the USA.
The service and atmospere were nice, just didn't deserve the rating of the food.
I honestly wish I could re-visit for another delicious meal.
