Terrible food, terrible service. Owners are rude and disrespectful. I would recommend never eating at this establishment ever!

The food was really good and fresh. Locally grown top quality wagyu burgers. I don’t know of anywhere else you can get a 100% wagyu burger through a drive thru!! I highly recommend this place.

::Amy, why wait several months to try and hurt us now?:: I believe I explained this. We went several months ago (well after opening -around Thanksgiving if I remember correctly). I reviewed because we were driving past it and my husband and I discussed it. Wanted to look up reviews to see if others had a similar experience and found I wasn't alone. I decided to add my review. ::we have greatly changed and improved since opening. i would be happy to give you a burger on us when we reopen.:: Thank for the offer but there's no need. ::if you want us to close which it sounds like this is the case, just say that. it appears no one wants us here. i will be happy to do just that if you like.:: This. THIS RIGHT HERE is the problem. Good businesses take criticism and reflect on negative reviews. One bad review? It's a one-off. Multiple complaints about the same issues? That's an OPPORTUNITY for you to reflect but instead of taking the comments as an opportunity to reflect, you act like a petulant child to CUSTOMERS. I never want a business to close. I was excited to visit this place and offered you my honest review of my experience. It's your reaction to my review and others that will ultimately hurt YOU and those that work for you. If you only want people to blow sunshine up your rear-end, then you're constantly going to have problems. ::but your review is a good example why seymour will never have anything great. i am sorry you hate me and our company.:: I don't hate you because I don't know you, but again, another example of your lack of maturity. Seymour can have something great....if you own up to the issues that have been presented to you and stop lashing out at people (AKA CUSTOMERS) because this is a real turn-off. Don't forget -I'm not from here. I have no familial ties here. I have very little exposure to anyone's history prior to moving here. I'm taking you at face value -and it's not a good look. I visited Kobe Club recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. Despite the premium price, the burger I ordered had a lackluster core of lettuce, which was far from the expected quality. Additionally, the fries seemed reheated, arriving cold and soggy. It's essential to ensure that premium pricing reflects the freshness and quality of ingredients. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Kobe Club at this time.

Customer: I'm not happy with the food or service. Management: Oh yeah?!?! Watch me submit a 10,000 word essay and ramble on incoherently for the next 30 minutes on why you are wrong! Besides, if a sail boat with a flat tire is traveling up river through the Andes Mountains with the wind coming out of the northeast at 5 knots/ hour, there's no reason an angry ex-employee should have put 50lbs of blueberry muffin mix in the trunk. Maybe you should have checked the Flux Capacitor before you started!

The fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. I love the outside of the building and was so excited for them to open but I'm not impressed.

The seating in the restaurant is horrible. I'm pretty sure everything in this place was thrifted and done the cheapest way possible. Typically this would be fine because who doesn't want to save money in this economy. However, until you're eating a banana split out of a soggy cardboard container meant for concession stand hotdogs you might think differently about cheap stuff. Edit.... I never worked there and sure as heck don't do drugs. As someone who holds a CDL I get drug tested every quarter by my job. I've been a driver for 3 years so it's impossible for me to have worked there. Edit edit..... he changed his reply after I he called me a drug user. Edit edit edit...... you keep updating your comment on my review to mange it seem like I'm crazy. I'm just a person who didn't like your restaurant. No one cares that you have stuff in your restaurant from other countries. We're a small town, what we want is nice people in our town. Unfortunately everytime you got a review you didn't agree with you railed that person and made them look crazy. There are several other restaurants in town that people love because the people who run them are nice. You think no matter what we should like your food and it's poorly made food and you keep failing inspections. We're not jealous, but we're also not stupid.

If I had to do it over again I would go across the street and get a Big Mac. Not worth the time or money in my opinion. You're welcome.

The ambiance was very unique and inviting. Talked a the owner and he was a great guy and very sociable. Told us all about the meat and where all the furniture and other parts of the building come from. The food was good but the hamburger itself was phenomenal. Will definitely go back.

The Old fashioned Burger was good. The French fries were old and chewy and the onion rings were a skimpy portion. Was definitely a disappointing meal.

This best thing about this place was the friendly worker. We waited 30 min in the drive thru. My husband and I spent $20 for 1 burger that was way over cooked, way undersized and cold. The fries were soggy and cold. Our Lemonade tasted like water and had to change for something different. I would highly recommend giving it a shot, but you probably will not be again. I certainly had higher hopes.

The food is always good and fresh, and customer service inside is great however, this is the second time through drive through I have been ignored for over ten minutes. Please acknowledge your customers are there even if it's just to say it will be a few minutes.

Waited 40 mins for them to mess our order up when we were extremely specific on what we wanted, super disappointed. Burger was dry and tasteless imo. I do not recommend.

fir time eating kobe burger and not anything special. waited for onion rings until several other people got their orders and then some were burnt crispy. no taste. I won't be back. 1/2lb overcooked burger was $10.99 and Burger King is way better and cheaper.

Disgusting food and an owner who yells at her employees. Hot, dirty and badly run. I gave it three tries and the one time I tried the pizza the sausage was bad and I spent the night throwing up. The last straw was watching the ownder berate and yell at her poor employees. Do not give this place who abuses their employees your money, you can easily find better food across the street at Mcdonalds.
