Waited at the drive thru to order, finally had to ask if anyone was there. Gave my order, guy messed it up as I was giving it to him. Paid, went to next window, waited for like 2 minutes, somebody finally came and asked me what I ordered. The gave me my drink then sent me around to wait 5 minutes to pick up my unaltered quarter pounder and fries. Not a special order, nobody else in line.

Longest wait for an egg McMuffin in history. Drive thru. Pay. Drive around to double doors to wait for 15 minutes with a half a dozen other people. Insane process. Then told they didn’t have my order. Additionally they want you to round up your bill for Ronald McDonald House. Curious if the franchise owner rounds up his contributions.

Young man that was supposed to be taking our order ignored us forever n then was super rude n very short with my two young kids when they were trying to place their order w him. And it took almost 40 mins to get our food n no one was there for it to take that long

The best Double quarter pounder and cheese I have ever had fron Mc Donald's. I ordered without ketchup and pickles and it was made fresh. That will keep me coming back.

The lady Charlie did a good job. She was polite and cleaning in between customers. The 2 teenagers literally walked right past me, waiting at the counter till I stepped in front of them walking away. The place was a complete mess, with spills, and dirt everywhere. They need to deep clean this place.

This is literally the worst McDonald's I have ever visited in my life. Unfortunately it is on my way home so I have it given it multiple opportunities. The food always has a funky taste to it. They have not once ever gotten my order correct. Most of the time I have to sit there and go through my bag and tell them what I'm missing out of it. The nail in the coffin was after dealing with the management there I refuse to ever go there again. I will drive in the opposite direction. 15 more minutes to go to the one in mountain Grove rather than the one that's closer to me in Seymour.
