Service was horrible when I said I would pay at the lane Kaytlyn or kate said that I needed to pay her cash right then and there and I said no I'd pay up at the register. She continued to argue with me and another coworker pulled her away and told her she shouldn't do that. Well I pulled up to get my drinks and she told me not to come back because I didn't abide by their rules. This place definitely needs a way to contact management other than Facebook

Music was extremely loud. Louder than normal. Took them 5 times to get my drink right. (Energy with 3 flavors) the barista was rude and had a MAJOR attitude. I will NEVER go back to this location.

The coffee is better than any other coffee place in town. And the prices are cheaper. The staff is always very friendly and the lines move quickly. They offer a treat for your dog also. I saw them feeding one to a pup the other day and it was adorable! Highly recommend!

Shame on 7Brew for how they understaff this store. It is absolutely cruel to only have only 2 workers servicing this location. I can understand if it were not busy but there are literally 10 cars and people are just leaving the line. The young lady and the other worker get 10 stars for having to put up with the absolute incompetence of the manager. I’ve tried to get in contact with someone at corporate to let them know they need help. But nobody will answer the phone for the customer service line.

The drinks are soooooo good but the wait time is ridiculous. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve left. Leaves me stuck between this place and others because I love the drinks here better but you just have to wait 4x longer than anywhere else.

Loved sikeston location when it first opened, I used to go daily! For the last 6-7 weeks it’s been mediocre at best. If Kaiden isn’t there, it’s guaranteed to be crappy experience- Messed up drinks served with a bad attitude. You would think a 6 drink order would be appreciated, instead you’re met with eye rolls and body language that clearly screams irritation.

I drove down to sikeston from Dexter placed my order waited in line for 10 to 15 min because lines was wrapped around the building just to be told when I got up to the guy who took my money looked at it and told me they don't take 100.00 bills but it is not posted anywhere that they don't take 100.00 bills was a big disappointment and a inconvenience
