The employees are great, friendly and pleasant BUT-
I ordered the classic beef and cheddar twice in three days.
The first time it was not hot and there was almost no cheese on it.
That stuff us cheap, c'mon guys.
Second time I ordered an extra cup of cheese, paid $1.00 for it and they forgot it!
I like Arby's but what happened to quality, consistency and customer service?
