It's hit and miss but when they do measure order up which is quite often they're pretty rude about it when you call or flat out deny it so you have to get online and email corporate and it's just too much then they make you wait ahead of the window for way too long and sometimes forget you they are obviously short-staffed which is unfortunate but they don't need both drive-thrus open if they don't have enough people to work

Just ordered a double whopper meal through doordash here. Paid extra for cheese, received no cheese, asked for no pickles and got those anyway, and my fries were COLD COLD. Waste of time and money. These losers could ruin a wet dream.

We had an order through the drive thru. Custom service was little to none. The wraps we ordered the chicken was old. The onion rings we ordered were soggy. The fries were fresh but found a hair in it. Suggestion please work on customer service and hygiene.
Now I know why I stopped coming to this burger. No one washed their hands. You have people scratching there heads and digging in his pants and then goes and handles food. As a manager at another food place this is unacceptable. Manager need to do better and correct you employees
