What a total waste of money. They say it's a real chef in the kitchen but I couldn't tell by the taste of my food. $60 for seafood paste with supposed tiger shrimp and crab meat. I only saw 2 small 1/2 inch portions of crab meat and the shrimp were overcooked with no taste. Also ordered some type of grilled watermelon which it was stale tasting with one strawberry cut up and about 3 cherry tomatoes for $20 something dollars. Told the waitress that it was horrible and she didn't respond. Wife's meal was good but over priced. I eat many places and this wasn't it for the price ,service and having a chef.

What a pleasant surprise! Traveling from Co to NJ Food was excellent/balanced flavors-we got the pasta and shrimp- 8U15 , and filet cooked to perfection. Bartender was more than happy to make my fav cocktail! staff was over the top. Got to speak to the chef/owner and his wife. it was a top notch experience. Just lovely!

The wait staff was efficient, polite, and kind. The food showed up hot and looking great. The orders were delivered to us without any mistakes being made. The food was divine. I couldn't put down my utensils! The place is very tastefully decorated and cozy. It was, without a doubt, the best restaurant of this caliber that I've eaten at in recent memory.

We come to visit family in neighboring Dexter and love our visits to Carson’s. The fruit & cheese trays gives you a choice of a dozen cheeses and add on charcuterie (salami & prosciutto). My favorite cheese was Alp Blossom - a German cheese described as exuberant and it was. But the star of the show was a 9 oz beef tenderloin with tender asparagus and mashed potatoes. The char on the beef was perfect. I shared a medium rare with my stepmother and my husband got a perfect rare cut. And don’t forget their drinks - with a bourbon they age in house and my Mississippi Mud dirty martini. Worth the trip.

Great ambience with eclectic limited menu. Hand made pastas. Our steak was perfection. Good wine list. A delightful discovery in Sikeston. Well worth the stop traveling on I-55!

Everything was delicious. Beef tenderloin is definitely a must try. I love my steaks and that one was by far the best steak I've eaten. Great service as well.
