Look normally DQ is good, or we wouldn't ever get their high dollar food or icecream. Buttttttt, tonight, I took the kids to get icecream for good behavior and it was terrible. The youngest got a hotfudge sunday with chocolate icecream, the icecream tasted like a blended iced coffee. Not creamy and not chocolate. The oldest child and me got a royal chocolate brownie blizzard. Mine tasted fine. Hers tasted like it had either alcohol in it- like whiskey or cleaner. Idk.... she ate it anyway but this kid will eat candy off the theater floor so.... and the middle child had no complaints. We paid $26 for 2 of the 4 icecreams to be disgusting. Just eat at home yall.

Food is good and staff is decently friendly but they are always pull me in drive thru and it’s really annoying, I used to run a fast food restaurant. I understand how important drive time is to companies, but experience for the customers is more important and I hate getting pulled every single time for literally one meal.

I went through the drink thru Tuesday July 29th that evening for some ice cream for me and my fiance. I got to the box and the person was rude. I pull up to the window and the crew I saw was too busy worrying about their own drama. I paid with a debit card and the girl tried to close the window before handing me back my card, I had to ask for it back. The girl who I assume took my order was giving me a scowl look. When I got my order it was messy and I wasn't given any napkins. I get home and my fiancé ice cream was getting every where. I'm sorry bht I don't think I'll ever go back to this location.

Half the crew were standing around talking while customers were waiting on their orders and others hadn't even been waited on. Took forever to get my order and then decided to get a Blizzard through the app since customers were being ignored. Took over 30 minutes to get. Worst customer service ever.

Today I ordered 2 large shakes thru the DT, it was a long wait, I didn't mind tho, at the window I was paying with a 100 bill and the girl said they don't take 100 at all. She got her manager he explained they had been receiving fake 100 bills so he said no 100 period. No sign at the speaker to aware anyone who waits the long line, with a we do not accept 100 at this time sorry. I did not get a I appolpzie for you inconvenience. I tried to give 9.00 and he would not take that he said he would take 1 shake off. Very! Very rude!! All because they are not equipped with bill accepters or identifiers (markers) to catch bad bills. After I offered 9 of the 13.00 bill he should of took care of the rest and kept a customer happy due to their lack of technology and 4.00!! Or at least said Sorry!

The girl serving at the counter was very ditzy could you not remember what she was doing had too many orders at a time maybe I don't. Unfortunately the four teenagers sitting across from us were loud obnoxious sitting in the restaurant burping as loud as possible the girls that were with them were like they'll be okay or they'll get over it I had two young granddaughters with me it was very rude
Kid-friendliness: It would be if the customers weren't acting rude and disgusting
Ordered 2 burgers, plainly said, no mustard on either one, of course one had mustard and one didn't, of course I'm not surprised, dude running the register was very jittery and looked like he was on something. . .
