Disappointed in the quality. Imo's in St. Louis is outrageous. I was really looking forward to the unique style again. This did not deliver. It was fine. Nothing unique or memorable about it.
Absolutely ♡ every employee that I've met. I've had one mishap and the gas ⛽ did pre-approval on the gas pump so while I was getting the rest of my items my friend already had the pump in the car ready to go and ended up having to pay 72$ and some change for gas in a car that wasn't even my car!! :(I went ahead and paid because I didn't want to cause the employee to lose her job.
Trash. Customer service was garbage. I felt invisible. And when the lady walked back to get another girl I got reheated pizza that was also trash. Don't go here. I grew up in St.louis and this isn't it.

Imos has fallen from grace. It's awful. I guess it serves its purpose being served in a gas station because that's all it is, gas station quality pizza, wouldn't eat it again if it were free, too expensive for how terrible it is. I don't believe people eat that garbage.

The food and service was great! An employee named Krista helped a lot and even went above and beyond to assist me. Will definitely be going back!
I finally ate at an Imo's! I loved the sandwich I had. It puts Subway to shame. My experience was ruined by my rude cousin and her obnoxious husband, who complained about everything nonstop. His sandwich "wasn't toasted" (it was). She couldn't chew her sandwich. I had no idea why she ordered a toasted sandwich and then "couldn't chew" it. She's used to Subway goo. I was pretty sure the taciturn waitress heard all the trailer-park hubbub. "HEYYYY" the husband yelled into the back before we left. Fat Albert he's not. I'd recommend this place to anybody. It's the best food I've had since the last time I went to a good restaurant.
