Extremely Disappointed – Incorrect Order & Suspicious Service - $90 down the drain
My husband and I recently drove an hour to Jersey Mike’s—the closest location to us—specifically to get their steak philly sandwiches. This may seem silly but Jersey Mikes Steak Philly is my pregnancy craving so we justified the hour drive. We ordered four steak phillies, all with the same toppings, to enjoy throughout the weekend. The lady taking our order asked if we’d rather have chicken. We immediately said no— we’ve never had any other Jersey Mike’s ask us if we wanted chicken on their famous Steak Philly..
From the moment we placed our order, the staff kept staring at us and making a big deal about the fact that we ordered four sandwiches, which felt unnecessary and made us uncomfortable. We were planning on eating one sandwich inside before we made our trip home— but decided it’d we’d be more comfortable in our car due to the employees attitudes. The entire time, we could hear the worker at the front confirming that our sandwiches were all steak and identical, so we trusted that our order was correct.
We started to eat a sandwich in the car and immediately realized it was chicken instead of steak. At first, we thought it was just one mix-up bc the next sandwich we pulled out of the bag was steak. However, when we got home, we discovered that three out of the four sandwiches were chicken—even though we had clearly ordered and paid for all steak. We both do not like chicken at all.
It honestly felt like they didn’t want to use up their steak and tried to pull a fast one on us. We heard the worker up front repeatedly confirm that all four sandwiches were steak, so there’s no excuse for this mistake. Whether it was intentional or not, it’s unacceptable to pay for something and not get what you ordered.
Now I understand why the employees kept staring at us. I should have checked before leaving, but I shouldn’t have had to in the first place. We made a special trip just for this meal, only to have most of our order be completely wrong. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. We won’t be making that drive again.

I was there with 3 employees. 1 was eating, 1 was working on call in orders, and 1 was cleaning up a mess. I was not ready right away but when I was I was told by lady doing call in orders to move down and be waited on by clean up girl. I had to wait until she returned from mop closet. She then commenced to go to her drink and took at least 3 drinks and never asked for my order. So I commented in a low tone that I guessed they didn't need my business. No attempt by any of the 3 to stop me. Went to Arby's and got excellent service.

The food is good, but the music was turned up so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think, or hear what the sandwich makers were saying. Totally ridiculous!!

The subs were good, with plenty of toppings and ingredients. Sub bread was just right. Service was slightly lacking. At the time, we were the only ones waiting inside. 3 subs made before ours, drive thru, I assume. Other than that, it was good.

Went through the drive thru and let me tell y’all the girl at the speaker was the friendliest girl! So happy and cheerful! Big shout out to miyonnah was sweetest!!

placed an order at 3pm to be picked up at 4:30 and wasn’t ready, had to wait 30 extra minutes
Horrible service at the drive thru. The older lady just does not care. Ask for a sub as a salad she asked what we wanted multiple times and kept going in circles. Get to the window and gave us a sandwich no bread no sign of dressing. Took it back inside she complained it was so busy. We were the only car in line when she messed us the order. Horrible food, worse service.

As much as I would love to give a good review I can’t. I’ve tried them twice each time my order was wrong!! And each time I called to the store 3+ times no answer. They never answer the phone and haven’t been getting my orders right left to right. Customer service horrible manger extremely rude

Parking: Come here multiple times, with great results. Walk in, place my order. 20 minutes later I pay for my sandwich, only to hear someone say " I haven't started on that yet" I walked out 12 dollars short and no sandwich
