To preface, I used to work in fast food so I 100% understand how much it sucks to be there this early in the morning. But I just got a relatively small breakfast (McGriddle, hashbrown, sprite.)- pulled through to get my food and the lady barely even looked at me before handing my drink and bag toward me- stuck in conversation with someone else in the kitchen. I usually wouldn't care because again- former food service. I open the bag and my sandwich isn't even wrapped all the way, and my hashbrown got thrown in the bottom and squished.

Terrible service. Order was not correct. While waiting for it to be corrected the rest of my order was just sitting there for 15 minutes. Then they got mad because I asked to get a fresh sandwich and hot fries. No explanation, no apologies, no manager unless she was the one in the lobby holding someone’s baby. I don’t know how they are in business. Owner needs to get their act together and get some adult supervision present.

One of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Waited well over 20 min. for my food because they either didn’t fix it or gave it to someone else. No explanation, no apology just some rude employees. All I wanted was fresh, hot food.

Employees were extremely rude when I came to pick up a DoorDash order. I am not understanding why the girl with the brown braids was so rude when I was just there to pick up food for someone else and she hadn't started the order yet. Then she had the nerve to start talking to her other Employees about how rude I was when I wasn't. Please retrain your Employees on common courtesy and proper manners on how to treat and talk to people.

Too bad some parts of the place is quite dirty, although the service is excellent and the foods are good

Asked for our to go cups and a female employee literally grunted and pointed at them . She then cut between my husband and I to fill her own drink. We got to our truck and the buns were hard not eveneddie. If we were not heading back home to Louisiana I would have taken everything back and asked for a refund. Ya'll can do better because the fries were hot and fresh. We get it you get busy however if one of my employees ever cut in front of a customer or grunted and pointed they would have been in my office!

Went here yesterday through the drive thru and the girl apparently couldn't hear lol because she gave me the wrong order and it was all plain.

Worst customer service. Waited about 10 minutes to place an order although I have made several eye contact with the staffs. Mentioned that we have promo code but was not applied. Another 20+ min wait for the food. It was only after I called a staff and asked them to check my order. The manager looked like just one of the staffs and didn’t properly assign the staffs. They were so focused on drive thru orders so neglected lots of customers placing orders or waiting for picking up their online orders.

Slowest McDonald’s ever. They never bring your order to your table when you order table service. The app will say it’s on the way to your table but it’s really going to be another 10 mins. Then they bag it up put it on the counter and call the name

Upon entering… no one in the lobby or at the counter except us… Tracy the manager was standing at the bagging station and after a few minutes came over and said “we’re ready when you are.” We had been standing there a few minutes already and was clearly ready to place the order… she turns her back and went back to the bagging station. We stand there another few minutes then she finally came back and took the order. We waited and waited as others got their orders who placed them after ours… One girl said have you placed an order? I said yes a long time ago. She didn’t look to see about the order. So I got another girls attention and told her our order number and what we had and I thought she would go over and handle it for us. NOPE. She proceeded on to do her thing. So finally I spoke loudly and said “hey excuse me I need a refund” as I’ve been standing here for over 15 minutes. Oh then people wanted to see what the issue was. SMH. We got our refund and got out of there... I was an employee at McDonald’s years ago and this kind of thing should never happen. Long line of customers as 2 employees decided to go on break. What is a business that doesn’t take care of their customers? A dying one. It’s a shame.
