My gf just sat there for a literal hour waiting on her food. They had her pull up and forgot all about her. They came out and checked her receipt twice. $45 and she left with a few items. Completely unacceptable. She's too nice to say something but I'm not. She has kids at home to feed that just had to wait an extra hour for no reason. 0/5 would not recommend.

Waited 15 minutes in line in drive thru. When I got to the window, they asked me to pull up and wait even longer. Granted it was 3 fish sandwiches at 930 pm but how long does it take to cook, really. Manager was not at all apologetic, she felt it to be necessary to educate me on cook to order, again, how long does it take. Expressed my concerns to their franchise office via email, no response from them. Business must be doing great, they can afford to lose customers. Do not recommend this location, they do not have a passion for their customers all the way to the ownership.

Most disgusting quarter pounder I've ever gotten from McDonald's! Bun was hard as a rock, and pattie was pure grease!!! Drive thru screen showed wrong order and made ordering stressful. I would have been better off getting a sandwich from Walmart.

Absolutley one of the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Staff was not friendly at all and had a lot of attitude. Food was luke warm at best. Not even hot enough to melt cheese. Fries were warm and did not taste fresh. Don't recommend this location at all. Find another one.

Horrible service took forever to place my order then took forever for my food workers won’t even look at you to see if you need anything had to holler at one to get there attention to ask about my order then husband was in restroom and 2 workers used bathroom walked out without washing hands never will be back there ever!!!!!

Enough flies for 12 McDonald's. Eating area would have to be cleaner just to be filthy. After three tries at getting the order correct, we gave up and settled for someone else's food that she handed us.
