Ordered for delivery today. Ordered a pub cut, pepperoni and mushroom with regular sauce and received a regular cut, sausage and mushroom that was cold. Can't send it back but Uber Eats took care of the tab. I'm really confused as to why getting an order right is so difficult. Nope, I won't use Pizza Hut again.

For the second time our order has been either ignored or wrong! In our first order my husband was ignored and then recognized and the order had to be made. Just now we ordered cheese sticks, paid came back to get the order at the drive thru! We got BREAD STICKS not CHEESE STICKS the receipt that was on our order showed where a lady had ordered a pizza, an order of BREADSTICKS and a Dr Pepper! Clearly not our order! Little girl behind the counter telling me it's the same order, different name and not to be hateful or get an attitude! PIZZA HUT you need to have a class on how to meet and greet the public and make things right instead of making a scene in front of another customer! We won't be back!

AWFUL customer service! Called due to the app glitching, saying my order was received was told it’s not there, but they can’t give me a refund, when it was taken out of my account. The dude on the phone acted as if he didn’t know what he was talking about. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL!!!!

Wasted 20 dollars on breadsticks and pasta! The pasta was dry. I mean seriously like dry. The bread sticks were hard as if they been sitting in the toaster all night left out. This pizza hut is trash. The workers act like they on something. I will never go there again

When I call to place my order I was informed if they were out of every kind of crust but thin crust and and hand tossed. The pizza I ended up ordering was disgusting. The wings were good though probably won't be back

No problems. Food was good and arrived faster than I expected. The only catch was I couldn't pay with a hundred dollar bill, since that is literally a valued form of payment aka cash, you may want to state on the app that you don't do that.
