AWFUL customer service! Called due to the app glitching, saying my order was received was told it’s not there, but they can’t give me a refund, when it was taken out of my account. The dude on the phone acted as if he didn’t know what he was talking about. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL!!!!

Wasted 20 dollars on breadsticks and pasta! The pasta was dry. I mean seriously like dry. The bread sticks were hard as if they been sitting in the toaster all night left out. This pizza hut is trash. The workers act like they on something. I will never go there again

When I call to place my order I was informed if they were out of every kind of crust but thin crust and and hand tossed. The pizza I ended up ordering was disgusting. The wings were good though probably won't be back

Pizzas were made so badly. Upper half had no cheese on them. Toppings were sparse. The crust was dry. Blah. Not worth almost $40.

No problems. Food was good and arrived faster than I expected. The only catch was I couldn't pay with a hundred dollar bill, since that is literally a valued form of payment aka cash, you may want to state on the app that you don't do that.

03/02/24: We rarely eat Pizza Hut, but occassionly we do. Food wasn't bad. Not steller, but not horrible. Delivery was fast. Spent $60 for two larges, cheese sticks, breadsticks, and a 2 liter. About what I pay anywhere else.
Well I just was on the phone with pizza ht trying to place my order and 2 gentleman got on the phone and ask for my order then put me on hold without taking orders I asked what the specials were he say single cinnabunn double and triple I. Talking bout pizza special the time is round 10:08 here it's 1026 and still didn't get to place order I feel that they didn't want to take orders cause they close at 11 it's time to go home for the night but your job is to make the customer happy I'm very disappointed in this situation and management needs to look into this pitiful lack of responsibility lazy
