The food is what is to be expected from a fast food restaurant. The service was hit and miss, busy times were very congested. Wrong orders going out the doors has become a normal sight.

i ordered their new melts. they were perfect and delicious. ordered a large pizza it was good as well. all the food was made to the exact order and served fresh and hot at the correct time and with complete friendly service from the staff.

Since it's new Bldg in Sikeston Mo, I have yet to get a good pizza. At 1st I thought it might be experience, but now after 4 bad pizzas, I have to go to Domino's or Pizza Inn. Not enough toppings and NO cheese on it. Who does that? Enough already

Only good thing was the lady who delivered the food honestly. I ordered 3 different flavors of boneless chicken and not one of them had my chicken covered with sauce (had to go in my kitchen and use my own sauce). Ordered a large pizza and the bottoms were so tuff it took forever to chew. The “track your order” doesn’t work either.
This is the worst pizza I ever had in my whole entire life! I will never go too or recommend any human or not, to ever go to the Pizza Hut in Sikeston Mo.! BAD really, Bad! That's the last time they will ever get my money! They get no stars from me!

Left our pizza order at the wrong house and then they argued with us that it had been delivered.. Then it took an additional hour and half to deliver the remade order (of only 3 pizzas...) The driver was very rude when she called and argued with us and the store hung up on us multiple times when we called to check on the status of the order. This isn’t the first issue like this we have had. I DO NOT recommend this store. Save yourself the headache and go to Dominos or Pizza Inn instead!

I ordered a pizza online waited 30mins to be told it never processed, but my card was charged... Then after calling the store and having to order over the phone, the girl gets here and says I have to pay cash. I call the store to be given excuses about their call center, then was told I already paid get to my office open the box it’s the WRONG pizza! Call one more time to be told I don’t know what happened... I’m over it!

Here spending time with family that came in an trying to call Pizza Hut to place and order and 8 calls later STILL no one is answering. So apparently Pizza Hut in Sikeston doesn’t know how to answer a phone... can’t get customer service if no one will answer!??♀️
