This is no way shape and form a bad review for the sikeston location they were absolutely amazing but the corporate level this review is for you.... Having a multi million dollar company is one thing but when you can't refund a purchase from the app and I have to dispute from my bank is absolute bologna. I'm sorry your corporate number I called told me that there is no way to get your money back so before I said things I can't say in church I hung up... I am very unhappy with the way you run things and I think the people need to know about the theft that took place by your organization so it doesn't happen to them.... I only put one star because it forced me too...

If you get a cheeseburger, I'd get a double cheeseburger. Its on me for forgetting to get a double, but in the end it tasted nice, its a burger it does it's job. Food is always great. The burgers at Rally's arent worthy of hate, I ate it. The fries are great as advertised at Rally's. The service here was alright, they gave my grandpa a veteran discount, so thats great. I cant really find much critisism of the rally's here, and this was my first time at this one. My only critisism was that we were waiting at the order box for a bit, and it mightve been they were just quiet and we didn't hear them, I thought I heard something. And we were waiting at the place to get our stuff and pay for a bit of a time, but, it's to be expected. And there wasn't much ketchup or onion on my burger, but, that's alright. It tasted nice. It was overall a good experience, and there wasn't a big line. I would reccomend this for fries, I dont know of better fries than here.

ally’s has hands down the best French fries I’ve ever had—perfectly seasoned and cooked just right! The chicken tenders were amazing too, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

Didn't understand how to make a plain hamburger. Fries where fried in old grease and tasted like old onion rings. Hamburger tasted like dog food.
The food is fantastic. Its right up there with Five Guys or a decent DQ Burger.
Drive thru Hospitality needs help. Seating area outside doesnt have much to offer cause of its location but if you wanted to, you could sit outside and enjoy the delicious meal.
