I love scooters coffee, but it seems like for the past few months every time I get a caramelicious the favor is very bitter. And when I go to scooters in cape the flavor is wonderful. The customer service is amazing though. I just hope that whatever is causing that bitter flavor can be fixed

Being from Texas, the Scooters Coffee in my area was typically a place I tended to steer away from after experiencing horrible customer service. But after being suggested to visit this location after getting recommended it by some family, I was positively delighted. The time between ordering and receiving my drinks felt like almost nothing, and the barista who prepared and served me my drinks, a tall blonde with glasses, served it with a smile and a positive attitude. I'll definitely be coming back here on my next trip back to Missouri.

I wanted their Vanilla cream cold brew but they were out. However the lady told me they could make a drink thats similar to it. So I said ok I'll take a medium. I pull up to the window and they charge me 8 dollars for it! Even though the one I wanted was closer to 5. What they made me wasn't bad, but sure as hail wasn't worth 8 dollars.

I placed my order this afternoon on the app, as soon as I pulled up to the order screen I was greeted right away. Then when I pulled around I was greeted by a different person who was just as nice. Great service
Love this place very friendly workers always make my day. Love the mocha Blender with an extra shot and chocolate drizzle inside cup and on top whipped cream. Sikeston location is best!!!

I moved here from Texas a while ago and I went to get a coffee. First the girl that works in the morning is beyond rude to me I don’t know what for because I was very nice to her even after she was rude, I just chalked it up to the fact that she may be having a bad day but then she goes on to drop my straw and slams the window closed when I try to ask for another one and proceeds to talk very badly about me to her coworkers which I can hear even though the window is closed I make it known to the manager and she practically did nothing. On top of very bad service the coffee is disappointing and disgusting. I have never in my life had to deal with that as a paying customer. I now wake up earlier and drive the opposite way of my workplace to Dunkin Donuts to get way better coffee and service. Corporate needs to get in there ASAP and deal with those employees and the manager.
