I work closer to 7 Brew and Starbucks but as a loyal Scooter’s customer I spent my work break traveling to Scooter’s. Unfortunately their credit card machine was down. That was okay because I had a $50 in my wallet from Christmas. They wouldn’t take my $50. The barista suggested I go to Break Time to get change and come back. Being on break from work that was not an option. I drove back to work empty handed. I should have just went to 7 Brew.

I love the “Scoot around” cracks me up every time! Super friendly and doesn’t rush you they even help with the menu. I get the blue apocalypse drink with redbull and it’s always the same and that’s saying something!

Apparently, ordering a large cold brew without ice gets you less than full cup. This place is another company that has gone to counting every ounce for greed. Unless there is a BOGO offer in the app, not coming back. Waste of money. $7 for 2/3 cup of cold brew? That’s where we are at?
Dunkin’ is our choice for cold brews, especially without ice.
Scooters Staff was lovely, even with the policy about ice in place. Not the staff’s policy or problem. Disappointing to see. Thanks for a glass somewhat full start to Father’s Day!

My first visit was 06-09-25, beautiful souls that morning. I was greeted professionally they were patient with me as it was my first visit. I appreciate the recommendations and the up sale🤗. No vegan option, nonetheless, the service was excellent! I returned the last day of my stay 06-12-25, I was recognized from my first visit 😁🌻 again the service was wonderful. Please continue to be great, everyday comes with new experiences. And if you get a not so happy person scooting through there, remember to not take it personal, hopefully the next person will definitely mirror your beauty 😍🌻🌻🌻
I love scooters coffee, but it seems like for the past few months every time I get a caramelicious the favor is very bitter. And when I go to scooters in cape the flavor is wonderful. The customer service is amazing though. I just hope that whatever is causing that bitter flavor can be fixed

Being from Texas, the Scooters Coffee in my area was typically a place I tended to steer away from after experiencing horrible customer service. But after being suggested to visit this location after getting recommended it by some family, I was positively delighted. The time between ordering and receiving my drinks felt like almost nothing, and the barista who prepared and served me my drinks, a tall blonde with glasses, served it with a smile and a positive attitude. I'll definitely be coming back here on my next trip back to Missouri.
