I love scooters coffee, but it seems like for the past few months every time I get a caramelicious the favor is very bitter. And when I go to scooters in cape the flavor is wonderful. The customer service is amazing though. I just hope that whatever is causing that bitter flavor can be fixed
Being from Texas, the Scooters Coffee in my area was typically a place I tended to steer away from after experiencing horrible customer service. But after being suggested to visit this location after getting recommended it by some family, I was positively delighted. I placed my order this afternoon on the app, as soon as I pulled up to the order screen I was greeted right away. Then when I pulled around I was greeted by a different person who was just as nice. Great service
