Last 4 times I tried to order from sonic I push red button sit and wait watch other people pull up get waited on then I push button several more times and never get waited on so I leave and go somewhere else. 😑

I LOVE Sonic but this location is so difficult. The speakers never work so then I’ll move to another one, wait 15 minutes, move to another one, order; then I wait 30-40 minutes on the food IF I even get to order(This is the same every time). The app never works for this location either so ordering online to bypass the speakers never working isn’t an option. The staff is always nice and apologetic and I’m sure they’re also tired of the basic software/systems never working. I personally feel like this is a management/corporate issue and it’s been going on for almost a year now so I’m not sure why actions haven’t been taken or put in place to fix these things especially when I’m not the only one who has taken time to leave a review regarding the same problem.

Order said KayJah was coming with my order, ok. Waits 10 mins, finally comes out. Pretty much throws the bags, very rude. She was done and just turned and stomped away... I said very loudly oh ok thank you have a nice day...train to be more customer friendly... even if you hate your job, we all have to do it

We visited here yesterday to order some food and drinks, and kept pressing the button, no response. So we moved to another location and same thing . So for 15 mins we pressed the red button to order food and no one ever. Answered. To top it off a guy told us be sure to tip if you don't they will spit in your food, he learned that from someone that works there he said. I think this needs to be reported to the health code violation dept. And they need to rehire new staff and have faster service and better food quality. We left to go somewhere else. Visiting from San Francisco and this was our welcome .

Their headsets need to be updated as well as the menu boards electronics are a little ancient, but the food is always on par The waitresses are always friendly overall okay
Parking: The menu boards are almost too close together for accommodation of wider vehicles but a VW beetle fits fine
Slowed place in sikeston. Was there over an hour. Watched several cars pull in, and get orders before we got our food. Didn't get fries that we ordered and had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get them, all while watching staff walk in and out of the back just to talk to someone parked at the back door and was close enough to see them flirting.
