On this day I went I actually placed an received my order pretty fast. I actually told my son that's not ours that's to fast. ? But it was ours. So I give them props for that. It's not always like that tho most times it takes FOREVER. The only issue I had in this day was that after receiving our food I pushed the button again asked for ranch they said they would have it right out 20 mins later still no ranch an no answer on the button so I caught one of the carhops...

Ordered on the app, went to check in and the stall number the app was saying that there was no such number there. But after sitting for a moment yes I pressed the button for help they workers although running around super busy were very sweet and helpful.
Parking: There just isn't much room between businesses and with the second location closing down in town everyone is going to this one, it's a bit crammed at certain times
