I don't eat at Subway anymore. food is infested with Flys at most restaurants and now they hide the meat behind the metal cover.

My fiance and I BOTH found a hair in our subs. I went to return them because at this point we don’t even want a new sandwich we want a refund and the woman who gave me the refund acted mad that she had to do it, there was no apology or anything. One sandwich I could understand, accidents happen, but BOTH??? Wear a hair net or something and be kind to your customers when they come back to complain about YOUR HAIR!!!

Absolutely miserable experience! The 1st photo is from the location by Taco Bell! Disregard if this is for the other location in mid town Sikeston bc they have amazing customer service & food always on point!

Worst experience ever.
No toilet paper in the bathroom
Only 3 people in line and took workers 30 mins to make our sandwiches.
Workers kept stopping and doing online orders
Food was cold bc they stopped after my sandwich was toasted and let it sit out before finishing it.
Felt like workers were moving slow on purpose.
Tables were messy.

Ordered at the board. Three cars in front of me. Takes just under 20 minutes to get to the window. No big deal. After being at the window, paid, handed the wrong order, I then get asked the name or order #. Employee prints ticket asks if that's my order I confirm. They just then start to prepare my order. The vehicle behind me had parked and went in, got their food and left. Plus several walked in and out with their food. From the time I pulled up at the order board to the time I pulled out parking lot, 52 minutes! I ordered 3 footlongs. Pretty simple plain order. I get home, all 3 sandwiches were wrong!! I am not one to even rate/review places but tonight's experience has definitely been one of worst. Currently waiting hoping they will be correct almost an hour and a half later.

Every time I order from Subway on Malone in Sikeston Mo they never get my order correct. They short me something and I have to drive back to pick it up or they are out of what I order. The workers there are not the friendliest and I will not order from this location again.Subway in Benton Mo needs to train the Sikeston location, I never have a problem there.
