Horrible staff and treat other staff like crap. And Th e food is mid. Eat it if you wanna be sick and wast like 10$

I called in a order to pre-make for my husband to pick it up for me. The order was ready in under 10 minutes. The food was fresh the sandwich was very nice, neat and delishes. A lot of people like to leave negative reviews when they have a negative experience but I wanted to bring the positivity back. Great job and thank you for good service!

I ordered a footlong grilled chicken extra grilled chicken , was missing the extra chicken, wanted extra jalapeños there was none. My bread was over toasted. And was told there is nothing they could do because I didn't bring it right back, I did explain I was in the middle of a family emergency where my family member was actively dying. The last thing on my mind is go to subway or call subway. So first thing today I call to be told there is nothing they can do. I watched cars leave because it's a new store but nothing works. U have honk to pick up your order. This is so sad lack of compassion here. To everyone at subway if you had a member of your family dying are you thinking of running to subway or calling them, I bet not. Sorry I dearly love the person I lost. That sandwich sat in my car. I order the same thing every time , and have for years. This is sad and ill switch to another sub place.

I had an amazing experience at this Subway location! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was top-notch. A big shoutout to Jerica, the manager, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal. It's clear that she runs a great team, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal with excellent customer service!

I stood in the store for 10 minutes talking on the phone and there wasn't a single employee in the store.

We did a mobile order and it took nearly 2 HOURS to get our food. They got several orders before us and we called the store to see what was going on and when we complained they hung up on us. THIS STORE SUCKS!!!

Placed a to go order well over 30 min prior to coming to pick up my two subs no drinks no sides just sandwiches.
Came to pick up my order no one responded thru drive thru after waiting at the window.
Came inside to only find out the subs were not even started.
Upon waiting for them to start my subs they took another man's order that walked in after me and started preparing his upon ordering right then and there.
The guy preparing sandwiches got called out on the fact we were there first finally continued ours only because we had called him out.
The man called a girl from the back to come help with walk ins as he FINALLY completed our order. But an hour..... for a sandwich is completely unreal.
I don't understand why you are given an option to order ahead with ample time to start said order to be pushed to the back of the line for walk ins when now, it's been over 60 minutes with no subs still.
Just walk in, you'll get it much quicker than ordering online.
I'd love to speak to management.

They take forever for the drive-through and when it’s packed, they only have two people running the Restaurant. I waited for 33 minutes just for a sandwich that was simple to be made. The workers are very sweet, and I don’t blame them for the inconvenience.

Completely disappointed in this location. Placed an order for pick up before I left work. Went to get my order they first tried to only give me my sandwiches (none of the drinks or chips that were ordered) had to point out that my order wasn’t there.
Get home and have my kids sit down to eat to find that only 4/6 sandwiches were there. Then checked mine and my boyfriends sandwiches and neither one of them were made correctly (items missing) so out of an order of 6 meals (2 foot long meals and 4 kids meals) only 2 kids meals were correct. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience completely upset me as we do not live close to the location resulting in driving back to town prolonging dinner for my family.
