Willow was extremely polite and helpful, repeated my birthday cake order back to me, however when I picked up the cake, the icing color was white and it was supposed to be black, supposed to have silver glitter around edges, it had brown icing instead. Wasn't supposed to have anything around bottom edges, but it had brown icing, and I thought for $25.00, it would've been bigger.
