Small sliders is going to take over. When you give bad business, all of a sudden the pie gets smaller, and smaller, and eventually. You can’t recover those customers that you lost over the years. It actually goes hand in hand with your staff. When you care about your employees. They actually care about you and it spreads in the community like wildfire. That’s where chick fila showed you, canes showed you, this is now small sliders. Pie is dwindling. We tried to share this with you and you refused to listen. From: Your past employees!
Putting one employee in morning shift with sad crying eggs, doesn’t cut it! Never has, you need 3 closers. You need 5 staff during the day. You need 3 openers. You need staff, you can’t cut your own throat! Hell why would you? Makes you look weak! Why would you make yourself look weak?

Stopped here recently as was hungry for a flame broiled burger. The doors were locked boo! Open the doors for dine in and you might get some business. Found a friendly dine in eatery elsewhere.
Seemed short staffed, but still courteous & efficient. Staff was polite & got my order ready pretty quickly! Glad it's still in the neighborhood because nothing is like a Whopper & they have onion rings!

I picked up dinner for me and my girlfriend and it was horrible! She had the original chicken sandwich and it was dry and still cold. There was a weird black spot on the top of the bun and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting for a while. I had a double whopper and it was lukewarm. I had onion rings with it and they were soggy! My tea tasted bad and had a weird dark ring around the rim of the cup. We were so grossed out by everything. It wasn’t busy but they still asked me to pull into a parking spot. If I had to sit there and wait for them to cook it then it should’ve been hot and fresh! Don’t go to this location. I wasted $25 on a meal that we ended up throwing away instead of eating

They sent my delivery missing part of my order then insulted me and hung up on me when I called about it then refused to give me the name of the clown that insulted me and hung up on me and instead called the police on me. This is the mentality of the younger generation today. Do a half ass job and disrespect people then run whining to the police when they get called out for their ignorance. No thought of doing the job right to begin with or respectfully admitting your mistake and correcting the issue if you aren't smart enough to get it right the first time. You should hire more competent workers and the workers should care enough to hold each other responsible when mistakes are made until mistakes are rarely made as it should be and as it is in any decent well run business.

I was there at 10:15pm on 09/17/2024, all the lights were on and they're supposed to be open until midnight. A worker came out of the back door and waved his hands back and forth across his neck to signal they were closed!! That's almost 2 hours before they close!! This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I've ever been to!! I would really like for someone from corporate to get ahold of me!!
