Went there for breakfast. We ordered 2 ultimate croissants and one was a meal. We wven confirmed the order at the window. We only recieved 1 ultimate croissant and 1 sausage eggs biscuit..which we did not ask for. Try calling but they did not answer. I'm tired of not getting what I paid for.

Staff was extremely rude.One of the staff members came up to us yelling about how we had Taco Bell inside the restaurant.Then another staff member come up when we were trying to order saying that whatever we were ordering , they didnt have. Very poor service and honestly.I've experienced this poor service more than once at this restaurant.

I visited this location on today 7-31-25 and when I tell you the service here is exclusive. I didn't have my thing together today lol, but I ordered without using my app, it had its own mind today, but when I got to the window it decided to work correctly and I explained to the young lady at the window, Rose about what happened, she assured me that she wasn't sure on if she could add the code but would ask her manager. Manager Mericole came and got me together on the codes☺️ Thank you ladies, I really appreciated that ladies and Thank You! You ladies are a true statement of customer service and could teach the crew on Page a thing or two. I will always visit your location, the hospitality is 1000+, great job ladies💯

I ordered ahead on the app, waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes still (not that busy), and then once i finally got to the window i was asked to park and waited at least 15 more minutes ... as frustrating as it was, the staff member who helped me was so extremely nice and very apologetic! Honestly he was so friendly that i couldn't really be mad

No Tomatoes. They don't tell us that they quit buying tomatos. Isn't that what makes a whopper? Unless you like lettuce patties, I would not recommend. At least put up a sign. What happened to good service? Dissatisfied.
I visited this location at 3:20 PM and placed an order for a Whopper Jr. and a 4-piece Cheesy Tots. Unfortunately, I did not receive my food until 3:35 PM. A 15-minute wait for a small order was surprising, especially considering the staff appeared more engaged in their own conversation than focused on timely service.
While I waited patiently, I noticed the employees moving very slowly and prioritizing personal conversations. When I finally received my order, the Whopper Jr. was cold, which suggested it had been sitting out for some time. The only item that appeared fresh was the Cheesy Tots.
This experience fell short of expectations, and I hope improvements can be made in both food quality and customer service moving forward

This fast food restaursnt is superior to others in the area. The food is served hot, the staff are friendly and efficient. What else do you look for in a fast food place?

This is typically one of the best as far as quality and service. Today the lady at the drive thru attitude was so bad that I didn't want to continue my order. She was extremely sarcastic, she changed what I ordered and I just finally had to tell her I didn't appreciate her attitude and to cancel the order. I would not have felt comfortable getting my order made there. I also called and left a message on the feedback line. She should not be customer facing in any capacity at all. Going forward if and when I go back to a BK I'll just go to the one in Creve Coeur.
