I’ve been a loyal customer of Bus Loop Burgers for years, and I absolutely love that they’re Black-owned and serve the BEST turkey burgers in St. Louis! Back when they only had the St. Ann location, I would drive there from Florissant just to get a turkey burger and fries since I don’t eat beef. Their food quality and customer service are always top-notch, and they’ve never let me down.

Recently, I placed an online order on Christmas through ToastTab because Google showed they were open, but when I arrived, the store was closed. Someone called me that night, and though I missed the call, I was able to follow up the next day. They handled the situation with incredible A++ customer service—professional, kind, and efficient. I don’t know who I spoke with, but they went above and beyond.

Highly recommend Bus Loop Burgers for amazing food and excellent service!

If you’re looking for a good turkey burger then it’s here. I don’t eat beef so this place checks my boxes and offers turkey bacon as well as hand cut fries which sets them apart from all the other burger spots. I order the cowboy burger when I go. You can get all toes off toppings as well definitely fixed to order and worth the wait. I met the owner/manager not sure but he gave me a sample of they from scratch ranch and definitely was fire…..

Bangin Sourdough Bacon Supreme Burger, just how I like my burger! Not a pink inside burger but more like a smash burger. Nice and crispy patty with lots of flavor. Fries a little weird with sweet and savory seasoning, I still ate them all but might opt for another option. Was going to get some of them amazing looking onion rings but they said they took them off the menu last month.. seen the pics and was after them specifically. Wasnt asked to dine in or take away so got a brown bag, not a problem. .. clean bathroom, great cook! 😀

Was in on Monday the food is ok and overpriced but the staff is very rude actually will never go back after this. If you hate your job or hate people then the service industry isn’t for you. Hire friendly people and maybe the place would flourish.

Good fries. Burgers are overcooked. Asked for well done fries and got regular mushy fries. Divey, but not awful.

I have been waiting on 12 wings for 25 minutes and the store employees won’t even make eye contact when I ask if they still have the order they just look up and say OK I still do not have my order

I tried this place on a Saturday night. The food was good, but the problem i had was, i ordered a double cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoes and pickles and a order of onion rings. They told me they were out of lettuce. I got a plain cheeseburger with four onion rings. I paid over 17.00 for my ordered but didn't get what i asked for. The double cheeseburger was almost 9.00 and the onion rings was over 6.00. I got cheated. I had Bus Loop burger at the Wellston Loop back in the 60's and early 70's and didn't get cheated like this.
