The food is awesome and I need it in my life. Unfortunately, I've purchased three times in the past month and they forget to include the fries, sometimes. I had to edit this review to give them five stars because I actually visited the store on St. Charles Rock Rd to pick up my order. They were simply awesome, great customer service and like I've said before the food is delicious. If you like hot wings, you have to try the hot with lemon pepper sprinkle! Don't forget the fries because they are unmatched!
There closed on Sundays so if you order online you wont get a refund

Husband and I wanted to try something new so we stopped in. Everyone is super friendly food was fast and fresh! Will definitely be making our way back here. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the almost $40 total for 2 meals however it was so good.

This place is amazing!! The burgers are delicious and the fries have a really yummy seasoning on them. We came in at 8:10 and not once did they make us feel rushed. Gabrielle came over and checked on us and asked my daughter if her Oreo shake was good; she was super nice. Even the cooks had a smile on their face.

Every time I eat here it reminds me of my wife as she turned me on to the place a couple years ago and I lost her almost a year ago as she was a University City high School teacher. The handful of experiences I've had I knew when I was ordering tonight it was going to be as wonderful as it always is. It is the best burger in St Louis without question and the recipe and the consistent execution of this is very clear but it's the extra that I seem to get every time. It seems to me that the kids working here are of high school age and the food is done perfectly but their attitudes are wonderful and they just remind me of my wife. And I'm so proud of them and my wife usually would have been as well I love this place every time is a great memory and thank you I suggest anybody come in.
Why you guys closing at 5:30 now? You guys just lost a good customer. This Sucks! Very disappointed 😡😡😡😞

Food was just ok. The staff is horrible, very rude. No other customers in the building and yet not a single clean table... had to clean it myself. Bathroom was nasty.

My wife ordered takeout from this new burger spot after it was recommended to us. The website said they were open, Apple Maps said they were open, and even the door sign listed hours until 9:00 PM. Their website let her place an order for a specific pickup time, and she even got a confirmation text saying the order was being prepped.
But when we arrived, the lights were off and the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door, no post on social media, and no text from the business explaining a random closure.
Google does show they close at 5:30 PM, but their own website allowed the order to go through, and their door signage said otherwise. To drive all the way there only to find the place shut down with no communication is very disappointing and feels like poor customer service.
We were really looking forward to trying this place. Hopefully we’ll get the chance soon, but they definitely need to fix the communication around their hours or which employee left early.

We called and the phone operator said that take out ends at 8:30pm and when we showed up the doors were locked at 8pm. Really terrible experience and management. Do better please
