I visited this location this evening, and the drive tru serv was terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a baked potato as a side, verified that it came with sour cream at the window. When I got my order and attempted to verify sour cream, I got a sarcastic non-reply. Then I was given my order, no condiments offered. There is more, but never even a hint of an apology for not getting something that should come with my order.

Kinda disappointed no tarter sauce no gal sweet tea- my order was cancelled online Then the cashier has clips in his hair, sagging pants unprofessional, tea containers had no lids on them- arrived at 11:25 didn’t leave till 12 - he was unorganized on his food making, orders-

I went in here today to get dinner...smh...just horrible. No food safety guidelines followed At. All. One of the gentleman working in the kitchen had on gloves but, I guess out of frustration with his job, placed both hands up to his face in disgust, it seemed, with a work related matter. Therefore, touching his face, to include his nose, mouth, just everything, then, with the same gloves on, proceeded to prepare orders. Smh...another employee, female, was in the back, also preparing orders, didn't have on any gloves at all as I saw her reach up to review order tickets. The next employee, another female, came in, I assume to start her shift, walked behind the counter, then to kitchen area where she began to play with her hair trying to tie it up some how then proceeded to start preparing orders. Not one time did she walk away to at least look like she went to wash her hands. Not to mention the possibility of hair getting on food and the food prep area. After watching all of this, I made the decision to toss the food because 1. Food safety is nonexistent this food establishment, and 2. I do not feel like fighting for my life over some Captain D's fish due to food poisoning caused by improperly prepared food. I didn't even ask them for a refund only because I knew having told them the reasoning for not wanting the food it would have been an argument/fight just based on the fact that everyone seem like they didn't care or even wanted to be there especially with all the profanity being used at the time. It's shameful and disgusting that these are the type of people a restaurant owner would select to work in their restaurant. Just horrible.

Don’t deserve a 1 star at all!!!!!! Ordered the Fish and Shrimp Meal and the fish was watery and greasy, the hush puppies were very nasty. One well done fry and the rest barely cooked. The only thing on my plate good was the macaroni and cheese and the shrimp. But my macaroni I had a small portion. I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed in the lack of flavor and greasy/watery fish.

No stars my friend went in there tonight on January 3rd 2025 at 6:40 they were disrespectful and rude there customer service was awful there was only one cook and one cashier rude as hell.
Parking: Didn’t have numbers but they were rude.
Piss poor service in the place was dirty as can be no one ever cleans it you can definitely tell

This was my first and last time going to this location. I spent 17 dollars on a sampler that was dry and very small in portions. It like they took one fish and split it down the middle and called it two pieces. They gave me two chicken nuggets and dry fries. Horrible experience
