The person in the drive thru continued to argue with me while I was trying to order my food and kept saying they don’t have the 6 pieces of fish for $10.99 refusing to give me what I ordered. While I have been to Captain D’s many times and order the same thing. Following the drive thru person being extremely rude, I believe the same person was at the window and refused to give me the house tartar sauce when I specially asked for it. Continued to yell at me the entire time and was extremely rude about my entire experience from start to finish.

Enjoyed the Wild Alaskan Salmon Chesapeake with Broccoli. Food was excellent. Service got 4 stars because the speaker was almost inaudible.

Tried to give me half of what was ordered. Staff had an attitude when I came inside asking where the rest was. Claimed they had literally nothing in the store to give in exchange for missing items. Manager said I couldn't get a refund in store and had to call a number on the website(that wasn't there).

I am truly disappointed in the disgusting disrespectful behavior that I experienced today. I go to the Captain D’s in St. Ann, Missouri on my lunch break for 30 minutes, probably a little less for driving which took about five minutes. But little did I know it was going to be a total disaster. Drive- thru was clear, no line, so I ordered a two piece fish special, by the way, it was suggested to me… so I said sure that sounds good. I ordered a drink with it. I pulled forward to pay and the guy at the window was pretty snippy!! What I mean by that is he asked if I wanted condiments? I paused for a moment and he said Yes or No with a major attitude. Then he said pull to a parking space ahead and someone will bring it out when it’s ready. I’m sitting for another six minutes or so, then I get out and go in. Politely asked the young girl at the register if I could get another meal that was ready because I needed to get back to work. The guy who took order tells her umm no she can’t order anything else!!! I said excuse you, I would like to order something else that’s ready. He said no… going back and forth with me about not getting anything else. I then said I would like a refund, the response was no to that as well. He said you not getting a refund, I’m busy! He said I’m backed up and you can come back or wait. Finally, the girl at the register looking petrified, because he directed her not to answer me or talk to me and to leave the register and come to the back where he was. I then asked her if she knew the number for corporate office and she did answered no. I kind of felt bad for her, because she looked like she was afraid of him. He said have a good day see you later. So basically I left the restaurant, by the way that was empty, no one was in there. How could you be backed up? I received no lunch, no refund, no receipt. Also while initially waiting in my car, he had directed three other cars after me to park as well. The problem is, I was so angry, but I kept my cool and left. But I’m definitely going to be addressing this issue with corporate office. There were so many other places around to eat, and I chose Captain D’s, what a mistake. So please be aware of this location.
St. Charles Rock Road in St. Ann, Missouri. I believe the address is 10255, it’s the only one on that road. I will never step foot in there again. Captain D’s do better hiring people that aren’t people friendly. FOLLOW UP TO THIS DISASTER. Corporate office never contacted me to address any part of this issue nor did I get my refund. I reached out at least 10 plus times. If you live in Missouri, St. Ann location. Save your money.

Was here a few weeks ago and the quality of the food has declined tremendously. I had to order at the window because the speaker was broken. Made the wait very long, especially having to pull up and wait an additional 10 minutes or so after waiting to order. Today. We waited for several minutes to order because the speaker wasn’t very loud. We were met at the window by a semi rude employee who told us we couldn’t have extra tarter sauce because they only have a limited amount because they don’t get the truck till next week, as if I care. We even offered to pay for it. I clarified and asked again, and was told I could only give what she could give us which was whatever she wanted to give us vs what I asked for. Stupid. Needless to say we left and more than likely won’t return. It’s always something. The employees didn’t seem like they wanted to cook anything anyway from the responses she got from yelling the order to her coworkers and the shaking of her head. You don’t have to beg me to not spend my money, say less.
