Placed an online order because I needed to get back to work for a meeting. Order said it would be ready at 11:50, I got to the restaurant at 11:51 waited in line for 5 minutes. When I get to the counter it wasn’t ready and they said they were just going to start it. Needless to say I won’t be back due to this as well as the place was nasty. The floor was dirty and sticky and the workers were just throwing the orders up into the window. Got my food at 12:01pm, looks under seasoned...

We got this food here because the St Charles Captain D's was closed again. The food was fine here, but I placed the order before I left St Charles & I still had to wait a while for it. The food was only warm when we ate it, but I blame that on the St Charles location being closed again.
