I ordered from Uber eats. Never again. I used the options of what to remove from my food and it didn't register anything removed so unfortunately dinner was ruined because nothing had been removed. And when I called I was informed that the ticket registered the sandwich the way it's made. You may think you're getting options but you're not.

It was 9:45 when I pulled in and they were cleaning the lobby which wasn’t a problem I get it I used to work in fast food went into the drive thru told them I had a mobile order and proceeded. Little boy couldn’t find my order showed him my phone and he got to work, everything OKAY at this point. Get home with my ice cream. Kids sht looks great besides my son saying his Oreo blizzard kinda taste like bananas.. I bought a large BROWNIE extreme… NO BROWNIES NOT ONNNEEEEEEE…only choc chips… I don’t got alot of money to just buy ice cream I really was looking forward to it and yall ruined my night ? only reason yall getting 2 is my kids were happy but momma who spent the money was not ?

This place is ran by immature children. They were out of brownie batter, so I ordered the peach cobbler blizzard. They still didn’t have it for me when I got up to the window. And they knew that. From the drive through window, they watched me view my receipt to see if it was missing from my receipt, which it was. They were snickering about it the whole time. I don’t understand how it got messed up when my order was confirmed and I was the only customer in line. And it seemed like they were anticipating an attitude or were trying to upset me on purpose, however I just drove away. What’s up with these children trying to piss people off in the drive through these days or are they just that unaware and self centered. These kids may cause the wrong person to activate themselves, I promise you that.
