Spent over 5 minutes on the phone to place an order and I get to the location and they didn't have my order in the system. I then tried to order the pizza again at the location but the lady at the window said they can't take orders. I'll try a different location next time.

I understand if you're short staffed and only have one driver. However...don't take it out on me when I ask to cancel my order after seeing it's simply being "prepared" on the tracker for over 25 minutes. I don't know what crawled up this woman's behind and died this morning, but it's inexcusable behavior. Food has been great and their delivery people have been great over the past month that I've been stuck unable to drive due to an accident but I think I'll be holding off until I can just get myself to another location for my fix.
I had a delivery to my school. Pizza was fresh and hot. Instructions for delivery were followed and met. Their timeliness and friendliness was truly appreciated.

I order a pizza on the app for just cheese and jalapeños and bacon . No tomatoe sauce. Cause I’m allergic and the app messed up and put it to my order . I went to the store and asked for a remake and they asked me if i wanted red sauce even after i told them im allergic. I take that as ur asking me if i want to kill my self . They asked 4 times. Why would i have it on there if im allergic??? Make it make sense

Orders take forever, and more than once, my food has been burnt. Most recently, their online ordering was down, so I had to order over the phone and was quoted a 15-21 minute wait. Half an hour later, I was told it was going to be another hour before it was ready!

DOOO NOT SEND DARNESHA BACK TO MY PLACE, 40% tip and an hour late so now I have to turn my oven on to not eat cold af food plus I shouldn't be the one to teach your drivers the numbers on buildings mean something... I'll take Paul any day, rather have someone ask about the tip they cant read on the order and be on time than an hr delivery on a drive less than a mile away. Jamie sam and John put her ass in the corner for 15 or something if she gona keep working there
