I understand if you're short staffed and only have one driver. However...don't take it out on me when I ask to cancel my order after seeing it's simply being "prepared" on the tracker for over 25 minutes. I don't know what crawled up this woman's behind and died this morning, but it's inexcusable behavior. Food has been great and their delivery people have been great over the past month that I've been stuck unable to drive due to an accident but I think I'll be holding off until I can just get myself to another location for my fix.

I order a pizza on the app for just cheese and jalapeƱos and bacon . No tomatoe sauce. Cause Iām allergic and the app messed up and put it to my order . I went to the store and asked for a remake and they asked me if i wanted red sauce even after i told them im allergic. I take that as ur asking me if i want to kill my self . They asked 4 times. Why would i have it on there if im allergic??? Make it make sense

Orders take forever, and more than once, my food has been burnt. Most recently, their online ordering was down, so I had to order over the phone and was quoted a 15-21 minute wait. Half an hour later, I was told it was going to be another hour before it was ready!

DOOO NOT SEND DARNESHA BACK TO MY PLACE, 40% tip and an hour late so now I have to turn my oven on to not eat cold af food plus I shouldn't be the one to teach your drivers the numbers on buildings mean something... I'll take Paul any day, rather have someone ask about the tip they cant read on the order and be on time than an hr delivery on a drive less than a mile away. Jamie sam and John put her ass in the corner for 15 or something if she gona keep working there

There is a women with a stiff motionless red wig that is giving the attempt to be wet & wavy. Ugly attitude & cannot comprehend simple English b/c she has her whole face in her phone. Make sure you smile next time you mess up. But at least my pizza was done as expected, a bit skeet on the toppings.

Sean made my food for my bfs order today and it was sooo yummy! We order there often and today the food just hit different. We ordered 6 items and they were all delicious!!!

Ordered a pan pizza half beef and half cheese. Took it back due to having way too much sauce and not enough cheese. Manager wouldnāt fix it nor take it back. They stated that it was the right amount of cheese for the pan pizza and I could order extra cheese if I wanted more. Iām pretty sure this much sauce will cause heartburn. One side has slightly more cheese than the other, and some Pieces are pretty dry with hardly anything. Will no longer be supporting this location anymore. Tossing this one in the trash. Waste of money.

Walked into this establishment to pick up my order that was still being prepared at the time. The lady making the dough had no gloves on while touching her clothes and walking to the back came back and finished making dough without washing hands. The guy that was preparing the pizza was dressing the pizza up with toppings also had no gloves on. I watched him run on his clothes, pick in his face, and touch his hat, remove it and run fingers through his hair. Then go back, to dressing the pizza. As I looked over on the counter there were 4 boxes of open gloves. I asked the manager why do they have gloves, but know one is wearing them? He replied stating that they donāt have to wear gloves on the front line even tho they are dealing with food.
