I placed an order online today for pickup and received burnt food. My potatoes were burnt to a crisp, my French toast was slouchy and not done in the middle. I ordered the Floridian French toast and the fruit was browning and looked old. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. I made all the way to work with nothing to eat though I just spent money and tipped. I’m never going back to this place. I don’t recommend ordering from here. It’s not worth your time, money or energy. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. I am very irritated that someone would burn food to a crisp and serve it to someone, who clearly stated to lightly cook potatoes!! WOW! THANKS ALOT!

It would be helpful if American cheese was offered. Also, if your servers could physically write down your order instead of trying to remember it (sometimes the details are not done, like asking for eggs to be scrambled soft & they come out hard).

Poor communication with the wait staff, we waited too long to be even spoken to! Luckily, another waiter helped us, even though it wasn't his table. Eventually, the right waitress came out with intermittent checks. Maybe she's new?!? Other than that, we love this restaurant and will return ( hopefully we won't get her again)!

Took the kiddos here for breakfast and they loved it! I love that they have healthy options as well as traditional breakfast. The breakfast tacos are absolutely delicious! I always get the honey crunch iced coffee. This time I got the eggs Benedict with the smoked salmon, and I never thought I would enjoy a salad for breakfast, but they seem to have the key lol I do take out here a lot for a treat yourself, mom breakfast and never disappoints on the takeout either

Had a wonderful time at First Watch! Went straight from church to here to have breakfast. Came around 10ish on a Sunday. Did not wait long for a table. Food is great, just the right serving size, not too large, not too small. Just right. Maria, our server, made sure we have the best service. The only thing is the tables are seated closed to each other, so it tends to be noisy, but I am noisy too. It's near the freeway, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this place. Will come back again next time I am back at Saint Louis.
