My food was supposed to be delivered at 1:45 pm. It arrived at 3:11 pm. And, I have the camera footage to prove it. This is completely unacceptable. This is why people aren't ordering out as much. High prices, and awful service are not a sustainable business model.

The cook freaking killed it tonight. The toasted ravs were cooked perfectly, and im not even the one in the house that likes them. Plus it arrived earlier than planned!

Was not able to eat the side salad - lettuce was extremely bad. The pizza was cold, the use door dash delivery and they do not use anything to keep it warm. I may never eat Imo's again. Called and talked to the manager, all I received was a - I'm sorry.

Imos messed up my pizza it had the wrong toppings on it and it was cold. When I called them about it they acted like they just really didn't care. I love imos it's my favorite pizza but maybe St Ann's imos needs to take a lesson from ucity imos on Woodson and olive to learn what real stvlouis style imos is supposed to taste like. Being that imos is one of the more expensive pizza delivery businesses your customers work glare for there money please value your customers more.

Our salad was lettuce with some cheese on it...period Lasagna was sauce and noodles. Maybe some cheese???? Such a disappointment. Will say the sauce had great flavor. Ordered meatballs to go with it and they did not arrive with the delivery.

The food was okay but the delivery driver Gary was extremely rude. He refuses to even hand you the pizza. He just holds the bag in your face while you awkwardly try to grab my food. Then the manager hung up on me when I called to complain. I’ve been going to this location for a while but I won’t be back !
