Horrible service , and extremely long wait time for an order that was placed online. I asked for some extra sauce for that wait, and received major attitude from “the manager.” And to top it off, he straight up refused to break my payment..

TRIFLING....ordered a whole Ceasars salad with crispy chicken and a whole boiled egg it literally had 15 wet croutons, 12 small pieces of a chicken filet, 20 lettuce leafs and some parmesean cheese stuck together in clumps when I called they said take it up with door dash???? What does door dash have to do with that. DO NOT GO, I REPEAT DO NOT GO they are taking your money and then put the blame on some one else needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a whole Chef Salad and it wasn’t even whole , there was plenty of translucent slimy red onions also there wasn’t hardly any meat or olives and it look like I got scraps of lettuce also I got a WholeCesar salad it wasn’t whole as well, croutons where plenty and stale tasted really old they chopped one chicken tender to pieces also the Italian cheese was dried out and hard and when I called them out on it they told me to take it up with DoorDash and that’s unacceptable I spent $18 on one salad and $16 on the the other. I will never order from imos in Saint. Ann again worse salad I’ve even encountered!!!!!

I literally just ordered 3 pizzas all 3 was burnt now the manager is pissed because I asked him to replace them he waved his hand at me and said “well I don’t control the oven “ I explained to him that” I work in food service also and was not trying to make his job hard but it’s my daughter 7th birthday and she wanted imos”!plus it’s 47 dollars I have never been treated like that at this location
Good place I been eating here for years but for the first time my pizza was kinda cold last time due them not having many drivers. I was hoping they sent me some couples for that pr something but they cool.

I will NEVER order from this location again. I placed my order online, so after an hour the tracker showed my order was still in prep. I called to inquire and was told the driver is leaving with my order. The pizza was somewhat cold my salad looked like they just threw it in there very sloppy appearance and the sandwhich was okay. When I'm paying my money, I expect better service and food.

Worst experience I have ever received in my life....the food I received from I wouldn't feed to dead animal...the night manager is horrible hard to deal with..very incompetent...if you stay in the St Ann area I strongly recommend that you visit the Bridgeton location
