Avoid at all costs. Awful service, didn't have any food prepared or ready for anybody. When I got to the drive-thru, told me the tacos were frozen and asked me if I wanted to wait. But could not tell me how long that would be.
Pretty ridiculous that Jack in the box now charges 2 dollars for their tacos. That's 100% increase in price

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! they were smoking outside when i pulled in and took forever to even come to the intercom then when she took my order i came to the window and while I’m waiting to pay, a girl comes up because the worker didn’t give her he card back. then i pay and they give me things i didn’t order. i tell them this is not what i order she snatches the bags out of my hand and slams the window. she give me a refund and then tells me it’s another $15. she then tries to give me the same bag she just took from me over 10 minutes ago and i say no that needs to be remade she then starts yelling and slams the door again. i park around the corner where they tell me to park they bring out my food and didn’t give me any of my sauces which i think is out of spite i GO BACK AROUND because i am pregnant and i really wanted my ranch with my food and they tell me i have to pay for it AGAIN! they service here is so awful that this place needs to be shut down.

EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! After placing my order at the drive thru speaker I had to replace at the window because cashier Valerie couldn’t locate my order. Had to be pulled up to wait on my order it still came out wrong! When requesting a refund I was told I had to come inside for my refund that I placed in the drive thru?!? Once inside I was told by an employee CHANCEY, who claimed he was “the manager”, in a very rude and nasty manner to get to the back of the line and wait for my money to be refunded because it wasn’t his fault my food was messed up. The employees CHANCEY, CHASSIDY & VALERIE at this location have horrible attitudes and I’ll never patronize them again. Do better and get rid of this toxicity and trash from your brand!!!

Went to get breakfast this morning, the lady in the drive thru acted like she couldn't hear our order, and then still messed it up. When we pulled around to the window to pay she was very rude towards us. If I could rate it zero stars I would! Never returning to this location again!
Crazy one car n drive thru he say it's gone be a 15 min wait I had jus saw 2 dudes go back n. I dnt understand how u can go to work to smoke weed but cnt do a simple job as of making tacos n flipping a burger fire the whole staff r jus close the shyt down the job ain't hard at all

Only car in line, got a mumble at the speaker that I asked 3x to repeat and I finally figured out she said "be a minute" or something. We give our order to this dude who was...apathetic at best. They say pull to space #1. Why? No clue, but we did. No ice in the drinks, drinks were pretty flat and just not good. We wait 10 min, I go in to see what's going on. Apathetic boy says we're "waiting on one more burger." Floor was sticky like it was mopped with soda. Soda fountain door hanging open, machine down. Only guy in the dining room comes up and says he didn't get ice in his drink, either. Apathetic boy takes like 2 minutes to get 2 cups of ice after the girl cleaning the shake mixing machine yelled at him twice to get us some ice. Some other dude that's in the back walking around sipping on a jug of Simply Punch let us know "he's getting you some ice". Me and other No Ice Guy looked at each other and shrugged. There were 4 or 5 staff at least in there that we unfortunately had to bother to get our $44 worth of food. My order was missing 2 tacos, but I didn't want to deal with the circus clowns who call themselves employees again, so I left. Food was overall good, so I gave 2 stars. Based on the reviews, sounds like the franchisee needs to grow a pair and get some new employees or his investment will soon be boarded up. The whole thing was just sad to watch. Jack in the Box had 1 car in the drive thru (me and my family) and Cane's next door has cars wrapped around the building. Should have listened to my daughters who wanted to go to Cane's. I wanted Jack in the Box tacos, and they didn't even end up in the bag.

Placed an online order at 4:30 am got to the store not a person in site but I hear the fryer timers going off. Waited and honked still no one. There was a car parked when I got there and then pulled off shortly. Don’t bother coming here, the staff and I use that word loosely do everything except cook. You can smoke and chill in your cars in the daytime but if you want food this isn’t the place for you.
