Would leave zero stars if could. Trying to get power back on for storm damage and lady in the store was cussing and refusing to serve us because truck didnt fit through drive threw. Working 16 hour days and was needing food. Guess it kills people to be polite

I had left McDonald's because there were 16 cars in line and I didn't have the time to wait 30 minutes. Jack in the box only had 1 car in the drive through menu. Well. I'm still here 20 minutes later. The person in front hasn't even asked for their order yet. I can watch the line for Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers move along and I've seen cars pull up, go through the line, and drive off.
I've got someone else waiting behind me and if I could leave, I would. The person in front finally left, I spent 3 minutes talking to the menu receiver, never got an answer, drove up to the window and tried to get somebody to answer me and nobody did a thing. Someone's inside, the open light is on, and they're just being rude. I'm going over to Raising Cane's now. I'm 5th in line to the menu, took 3 minus to reach the menu. From the menu to getting my food was 2 minutes.
Incredibly disappointing in every way possible. I'll never be back.

Every time I try to come here (whether it be morning, afternoon, or evening), the inside is locked and the drive-thru worker says they're only doing mobile orders or Door Dash. I mostly use cash and I'm assuming that's not an even option on the app.
I usually determine what I'm going to eat based on what I'm passing by while driving. I'm not going to get rejected at the drive-thru, then pull into your parking lot to order from an app, then go back to the drive-thru to tell them I have a mobile order when I could have just told them what I wanted in about 10 seconds at this perfectly functional drive-thru to begin with. I'm especially not going to do that when I originally preferred to eat inside, which is 95% of the time.
I've seen other reviews complaining about this and you have responded. Unless it's some auto-generated response (it looks like it could be), you know this is an ongoing problem. I think it's time you fire your managers (at the very least) and find people who actually want to do their job. Maybe get some pointers from the owner of the Rally's a bit further down the road because his managers and employees tend to be great. If you don't tackle this issue, I'd wager your store is going to end up just like the one on Page did. I'm surprised it already hasn't.
And no, I don't want to go to some other website you link and complain, I've spent enough time doing it here.
The food was very disappointing. Got the starlight meal, fries were terrible, asked for the hamburger, received chicken, decided I didn't wanna go thru the line again, ate the chicken, it didn't taste very good. First time eating jack in the box, as well as the last.

We took a road trip from Florida to Iowa. We haven't been to jack in the box since we lived in phx AZ in the 90s I miss the ultimate cheese burger. It was so good. Bring one to Orlando area xoxo

My order is wrong 50% of the time the workers aren’t friendly and there are times when my food was stale

Inside is closed at 830 am on Sunday because you are lazy
They are nice friendly and actually get your orders right
Had no bacon, said it would take 10 mins for patties because they way out. Gal in background being loud about the issues. Prices went way up, and they didn't discount the meal for no bacon. Ultimately, it took 27 minutes to get the order, and it was cold and nasty.

To say absolutely nothing at the window, then provide 0 sauce whatsoever so i have to come inside, and question what i got as to why i want sauce, not to mention only partiality filling the fries, is crazy. 3 stars may be generous, but im grateful all of the food was there.

I'm in the Central West end within walking distance but I could never walk there because the inside is never open to the public! The only way to get service is in the Drive-Thru!?
