I am very pleased and grateful for the crew (especially the evening staff of October 10, 2024). After a long day, I left behind my wallet full of cash and cards at this St. Ann store and they held onto my wallet in a locked safe. Upon calling to confirm that is where my wallet was left OC was so kind and caring with the details and assurance my wallet was there. When picking it up my money ans cards had been untouched. I greatly appreciate the upright care of my belongings and worry for what could have been a great disaster. Thank you all!

It's been a while since I have gone to Jersey Mike's. Overall, I just eat out far less than I used to. Jersey Mike's is still providing absolutely fresh and delicious sandwiches, fresh baked rolls, and meats sliced when you order. Have always been the way things are done here. All of the lunchmeats are made of what the name suggests, ham made of pork, turkey made of turkey, and of course, real fresh crispy bacon. If you like all of your meats made of turkeys instead, then you need to go to the place that lost their spokesperson to prison.

Ordered online from this location at 3:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon for 4:15pm pickup. There was no customers in the store at the time and the parking lot was bare. Came in at 4:11pm while 4-5 employees were working behind the counter. They had their heads down and were very focused on the job. I appreciated how quiet it was, albeit eerie. They immediately started to make my order once I told one of them my name. I think they made our order a little too quickly because they messed up the bread on the order. My husband ordered white bread, while I ordered wheat and they gave the opposite sandwich the correct bread. This wasn't a deal breaker as the sandwich was delicious regardless. I wish the restaurant was a tad cleaner for the amount of employees that were working with no customers in store, but for all I know they could have had a lot of online orders or had just moved past the lunch rush. The employees were professional and customer service oriented.
