THE RED SHIRT MANGER YOUNG FEMALE TATTOO SLEEVE ON HER RIGHT ARM IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL UNCOUTH UNEDUCATED LACKING EMOTIONAL MATURITY AND INTELLIGENCE, SHE WAS RUDE TO AN ELDER WOMAN AND ME OVER SIMPLE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE FOOD AND WHAT WAS ON THE RECIPE. Clean with consistent food quality and pleasant service. It's a small outlet with fairly limited seating, but it looks like a lot of the volume is drive-thru, so seating doesn't seem to be an issue.

I tend to get good customer service. Unfortunately, each time I encounter Dasia W, she has the most unprofessional, nasty attitude. If I can retrain her, I would.

My experience at this location was beyond top tier a young lady by the name Destiny took my order and I asked for everything to be cooked fresh and it was beyond tasty 5 starts to Destiny

Our favorite chicken place since trying it last year. The whole family loves it!
I'm handicapped so it's always the drive thru for me.
Service is great. The fried chicken is delicious!! The prices are better than I was used to at my old KY chain. The biscuits are excellent, Cole slaw, mashies & gravy are all just as tasty as my old chain. But the Green beans...they are the best! I get them even if I'm just there to get the Chicken sandwich! Seasoned so well that I can't resist them.

If you can't get the order correct when customers bring to back to get what they order but met with ridicule as if someone stole some damn chicken. Asking questions like how I obtained the wrong reciet when when your employee game it to me is DIABOLICAL. You should not be in management or customer service. When you make you are wrong just own it! If management is trash then it will show. Don't eat here!!!!!!!
