If you can't get the order correct when customers bring to back to get what they order but met with ridicule as if someone stole some damn chicken. Asking questions like how I obtained the wrong reciet when when your employee game it to me is DIABOLICAL. You should not be in management or customer service. When you make you are wrong just own it! If management is trash then it will show. Don't eat here!!!!!!!

The drive thru experience is different than the lobby experience, I recommend you go in for better service!

It doesn't matter if you're a fast food worker or not, if you don't listen to people, it doesn't work. Even after telling the cash 3 times about the drinks, he still couldn't get them right. I was the only customer in the store, & NOONE in the drive thru. If they want 14/ hour or more, they need to act like it. They don't think that if customers don't come in, they don't have a job

I am a 23yr chef, ServSafe Proctor and Instructor, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. It was the work morale that stood out first that drew attention to the exceptional cleanliness and organization of the store both BOH & FOH. Outstanding Lee’s Crew!!
