This place is not the same as back in the day. Gave Rock Rd location another try to deliver quality. So very disappointing. I order spicy chicken, chicken should be spicy. If none is available, ask if waiting is okay. Not sure if spicy recipe has changed. Crisp and crunchy is still the same. No spice and rather bland taste. Coleslaw could use little less liquid, add Celery seeds to the mix. Two strikes in the count...

Good basic chicken place. Excellent biscuits. I liked the fried okra. Good Mac and cheese. Strawberry Fanta on tap. Some of the best potato salad I've had at a fast food place. The menu board takes some time to navigate. The place is clean and friendly. Family and senior citizen crowd when we were there. Reasonable prices. Hungry for chicken.... Give it a shot. Not that greasy stuff you've had elsewhere. Order extra biscuits.

Ordered wings thru drive thru they told us it would be 7 mins and had us park. after 4 cars got their food and we still didn't have our food, nothing for us again, so we went inside the lady told us 15 mins... wait WHAT.?????. 15 more minutes we were parked for 17 total mins then we asked for a refund no apologie was given just attitude from the manager. then another worker told us to try KFC it is better, wth??? We won't be going back!!!!!

disrespectful encounter with customer service and a manager on duty. Jason was the manager on duty at fifth Street location for Lee I called because I had concerns about my previous order on the 16th. The whole order wasn't received and also I ordered a chicken pie pie and it looked like cottage cheese in the inside. I still have the pie they asked for receipt that I was not given the food I told them I have the food from the previous day of ordering they told me they could not take it. I can only call corporate office once I received the number I spoke with corporate with a lady name Kate stated that they really don't give out the order without a receipt and also, that was a manager on duty she will have to roll the cameras back to see if the receipt was given because that's the customer responsibility without this she cannot replace my order or she cannot do anything for me as a paying customer. asked me to let her do her job and she wrote her voice with me and hung up. Call back and ask me did I order just a chicken pot pie? I told her no I didn't receive chicken dipper. She stated on nightshift this was a manager that assisted me. and she couldn't believe she didn't give me a receipt . what about me food that I could gotten food poisoning or anything this company is more worried about keep the money instead of correct there mistake. horrible corporate management just as well day shift Jason management at fifth street. She finally calls back to tell me she couldn't see if the receipt was give but she's doing me a favor bc she could just say she didn't see anything and not worry about it!!!! Please don't go there again!

My neighbor got me buying chicken wings from Lee's. Taste pretty good only thing is they're salty!!! People are cutting back on sodium and they look like they adding on.
