Where is the negative stars button? This place is gross..Marco please close up and let somewhere good open here. The only reason I ate here was they weren't as rude as Bus loop..won't make that mistake again.

This place really missed the mark of speed, quality, cleanliness and taste. Briona took my order but I really wish I could've talked to someone competent. Briona is a white girl that I could not understand as of her speaking "ebonics" made it very difficult to understand her. She also had something stuck in her front teeth that looked awful to be the counter person. Why would u hire someone that is like that as the customer service rep? She was rude didn't look at me at all, and I notices a swisher sweet package hanging out her back pocket. Let me tell you I was NOT expecting that. She smelled like Marijuana as did almost the entire store. That is some wild weed smoking to overtake an entire pizza place which should smell like pizza but not here. I noticed a few employees take their phones out and then not wash their hands and dug their fingers into the ingredients. I only ordered wings and a soda, but hopefully, those weren't contaminated. The chicken was dry and barely sauced. Briona gave me a serious attitude the entire time. I will never come here again and I will make sure all my family and friends never come here. I wish the papa johns was here still but I'll drive the extra mile for clean store and employees and great food. Also it doesn't look like the curbs here are ADA accessible. I'm quite upset about that as well. Be aware of the curb if you are handicapped and need to walk into the stinky store.

First, I want to say how rude the girl was that answered the phone. She acted like I was bothering her placing my order and she kept trying to give me a total before I was even finish placing what I wanted. Then when coming in to pick up my food, no one was inside anywhere to be found and there was an unpleasant odor. After yelling hello for about 5mins or more, someone comes through what sounded like the back door. Then the odor was even more pungent. At this point I was curious if I should even take my order and eat the food I paid for. I thought it was a sewer problem, but I started second guess once I started to smell it more when the guy was checking me out. He seemed like he was tired and irritated to service me as well. I won't be coming back to this location. Might just stick with another pizza joint.

I order via online and was instantly contacted by Brianna from the location due to an order discrepancy. Brianna was amazing in remedying the issue which wasn’t their issue to begin with. The order arrived promptly through door dash and food was amazing. My hats off to Brianna and the team there at Marco’s St. Ann. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

Horrible place to go. No one wanted to take the order and then took absolutely forever to get done. There was nobody waiting and it didn't look like there were any tickets back there, just people shooting the crap and doing absolutely nothing.

I have had 2 really bad experiences with this establishment - first time they didn't bring the bottle soda I ordered - called and talked to Mgr. - she was ready to remedy the situation and said they would deliver 2 bottles the next day - no one called and no one delivered ANYTHING. I swore I was done with Marcos but my grandkids asked again to ordervpizza from Marcos so I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 pizzioli (spelling) and the pepperoni is so well done - okay burnt and when I called the restaurant again and talked to Mgr(Briana) she said they were not allowed to give refunds or remakes. This restaurant has bad Managers, bad drivers and the pizza last few times are dry, hard and burnt - will never go back!!

Loved the customer service today. I laughed and she laughed down to her needing more ranch upfront ? deducted a star because the crust was overcooked other than that perfect ?

The team here is phenomenal - very personable and friendly. They go the extra mile to make people feel welcome. The pizza is always delicious. The way the melted cheese hangs down when a slice is picked up and the crust holds form perfectly - picturesque! The sauce is well balanced, a good harmony between sweet and savory. I was a manager at a local pizza chain for a couple of years and wish the team I managed could have pulled together like the Marco's team at St. Ann. The negative reviews I have seen on this establishment are definitely not the usual experience. Please give them a try!

They have excellent deals. Signing up for an online account is very worth the three minute investment. Choosing from Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Imo's, Marco's St. Ann is the franchise of choice!

I ordered two pizzas tonight and a family size salad. When I open the bag I realize a salad was a regular sized salad not the family size I ordered. Now this is the third time this has happened when I've ordered the family size salad that I've received the small . First time it took me calling four times to speak to a manager to resolve it second time I didn't even bother and this time when I called the so-called manager just said well I can just credit your account or you can come get another one. No I'm not coming to get another one. How about you bring me another one out? He was very rude , I explain how this happens every time I order and his response was "well I've never talked to you" That's when I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager. So needless to say , I won't be worrying from them anymore. Crediting my account is one thing and you've done that before but when you keep doing it and keep making the same mistake over and over again why would I want to order from you?

This is the second Marcos Pizza that I have gone to that can't seem to follow instructions. Ordered online and specifically asked for pizza to be cooked well done and cut into triangles. Got home and it was cut like nasty Imo's pizza. Called manager and she stated that they must have been confused. There was no confusion just incompetence. My ticket stated cut into triangles and their screen and tickets stated triangles. It is not brain surgery, it's pizza. Marcos has lost my business this was the second store that couldn't follow simple instructions with the instructions right in front of their faces. Wish I could give a zero. Total incompetence!!! Will probably get some canned response. People need to stop settling and receive the service they pay for. By-the-way it was that filthy St. Ann MO store!

I’ve ordered them an embarrassing amount of time over the last two weeks since discovering them! I’m so sad to see they have under 4 stars because their pizza is some of the best I’ve had locally in a really long time! I get their pizza called the pepperoni melt! And it is incredible every time! Their inferno cheese bread is also super good but their breadsticks by themselves is very bland but the pizza made up for it!

I decided to get pizza because I couldn't eat the trash burger king game me. It was we lit. The menu items looked appetizing. The sever took my order. I decided to try the cheesebread and a pizza. Everything was good. I can go back and try something different
