I gave them a pass the first time I ordered from them . I ordered a Supreme pizza ; when I got the pizza someone gave me a regular cheese pizza and they put the toppings just on the top ? 2nd time I ordered a pizza I noticed that NO ONE had gloves while preparing food . Not to mentioned the guy that checked me out had dirt under his nails.3rd time which was today I ordered my son a small cheese pizza when I went to pick it up once again “Mr Dirty nails” comes to ring me out and once again his dirty are filthy . I decided then I was never coming back . THEN my son gets to his 3rd piece of pizza and yells “ Mom what is this black thing “ There was one of lil flying bug dead in the pizza box ??♀️?? . I’ll definitely be contacting St. Ann Health Dept . They have nasty practices .

Would not recommend sad uninspired pizza places. Had to double check to see if this was a ghost kitchen when that uncut disk arrived at my door. Pepperoni is a greasy topping, I get that, that does not excuse the amount of stain on the box.The cheese does not stick to the crust. Otherwise the sauce was fine. Familiar sauce flavor. Ambitious construction maybe? Food was filling so I'm not fully dissatisfied however I will not be trying again. Would recommend this store figure out a way to make their pizza actually hold it's shape.

Multiple bad experiences, multiple incorrect orders that were never made right, multiple orders that needed credits to my account or refunds, was told I'd get them and never have. The food quality is incredible, but the accuracy and customer service is straight up trash.

Ordered one time from them took almost three hrs to get my wings and then on top of that the pizza was cold my wings luke warm . Thank god I got a refund .
The order was on time.. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver any of the sauces with no mention or explanation. Making matters worse I like mushrooms with my meat on pizza and they were clearly canned, soggy, and less than desirable. With the extra large pizzas the crust was super thin and floppy in the center and left it feeling all undercooked(not in a non safe way, just dissapointing). Mony spent and lesson learned... I would go any chain or even better local over them, especially given the price

I was let down by a major pizza chain, the place really dampened my kids pizza party day at home. Then I called Marcos and spoke to Reba!!! It felt like talking to an old friend, she was sweet and personable and suggested some things I should try! It was my first time having Marcos and I'm ready to continue to order frequently. Food is amazing. The delivery driver was also very kind and patient and respectful. I have a new favorite pizza joint!!! Thanks Marcos(and Reba)!!!

At 7:30 pm, I ordered online for a 9:30 pm delivery. The wrong pizza was delivered at 10:15 pm. When I called the store to find out what happened, they answered the phone and hung up immediately. They did this twice and the third time didn't bother to answer. Good luck if you ever have a complaint because there is nowhere to send it.

Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and a salad - when I got home both pizzas were not right and when I called the store I was told my the girl who answered what do you expect me to do ….i asked to speak to a manager and the 1st call I got disconnected 2nd call I was put on hold well not on hold cause I could hear them complain that I wanted to speak to a manager for 20 minutes 3rd call when she heard me ask for a manager she layed the phone down and walked awayOrdered thin crust pepperoni and a half and half chicken pizza that was suppose to have white sauce and they put red sauceVery disappointed as we order from here at least 3-4 times a week
