Not open 24 hours. Do you know what open 24 hours means? I don’t think you do. It means that you take people’s orders and prepare and serve food all day and all night. Not just to Door Dash. Not closing to prepare for breakfast. Not saying our computers are re booting. Serve food or close your business.
Terrible service!! Manager is rude. They messed up my order and instead of just fixing my order and even charging me for the item that they didnt ring up. They said I had to go back through the line cause they can't add anything at that window. It wasnt an add on. They are the ones who messed up the order but flat refused to fix it. After a very bad weekend(family death being the worst) we have taken a breather from cooking but that has backfired on us completely! Ordering from here was the straw that broke the camels back! We ordered from D.D. and the lady wasn't wearing a mask(not y'alls fault). The food however? That was awful!
