I went to this St. Ann location with my son and 3 of my grandchildren and ordered. This evening/night shift is waaaay different from the day/morning shift. After I asked, they told me everything was in my bags. I had a large order so I wanted to ensure I had our food. They young guys were standing there on their phones not paying attention to everything. Once I got home we were missing some of our food and 2 of my grandchildren were missing the sauces to their nuggets. My cookies...

Food was ok staff was hardly polite forgot all my sauce had to go back in to get them this location always forgets something in the order and it takes longer than usual to order fries were also cold

Order was wrong, I ordered a filet of fish with no tartar sauce and no cheese, and it came with cheese on it. the fries were just basically warm, weren't very hot and a little overcooked. And I ordered a McChicken with no mayonnaise and I got a spicy McChicken with no mayonnaise
