Delicious I was eating Domino's for long time but a big mistake they did and didn't fixed.now I'm a papa John's customer

It has been years since Ive called in to place an order over the phone, but last night the website wast processing my order. So going forward if Papa Johns website does not take my order, I will not be ordering.

I told the person I wanted 2 of the $9.99 specials, the person charged me full price, so $18.89, and $18.39.

Papa John's false/misleading advertisement. Any toppings 9.99 . Cashier said $1.00 for each additional topping. Need to change wording to 1 topping and additional charge for toppings 1 each.

Ordered o the app. Wanted delivered at 11:15 pm. Called twice to ask where pizza was. Different story each time. Ended up cancelling order.

Every time my mom orders pizza from here they put it on the porch and leave without knocking. I'm sure ice cold pizza is exactly what she wants when she spends her hard earned money here. Thanks guys!

Worst pizza i ever had. Unlike other days, today's pizza was the worst one... very less chicken included (almost NO), poorly baked. Also order placed with NO promo code option.

I wish I could have given them 100 Stars! This is the just amazing staff on the planet! Thank you, Lucas for everything!!

Horrible location!!! Go to Olive!

The pizza wasn’t even being thought about being made by the time I arrived at this papa John’s location. The lethargy of the employees as they trudged over to make the pizza was insane. The sacrifice being made to get off instagram for 5 seconds in order to put a pizza in the oven must be too immense to overcome. No uniforms present only strange attire as a man in a trench coat runs the front counter. I don’t think I’ll return to this papa John’s and I don’t recommend that anyone else waste their time coming here.

Placed an order at 6:11 pm for delivery at 11:30 for my husband and myself for when my husband got home from work. No pizza, no contact, 11:30 rolls around no pizza. Call the store, no answer. Midnight, no pizza. Call the store again finally an answer, after the store is closed, they have no order for me. Won't order again, not that it matters to papa John's. manager offered no solution, no apology, just a "whelp" oh well.

These guys must be on drugs…one of my pizza was cut up like an abstract piece of art, the other had ranch sauce mixed with Parmesan sauce and it was horrible…usually Papa gets it OK, this store needs some work on the details.

Ordered two pizzas and buffalo wings. DoorDash driver didn’t have a pizza bag so I got two kinda warm pizzas that weren’t even cut and didn’t get the wings. I asked the driver about the wings and he just stared at me shrugging his shoulders. Called and they said they would have someone bring the wings. Almost 45 minutes later the wings arrived (Cold of course) and with no sauce. If you’re that short staffed that you can’t deliver or even care about the quality of the product and service, then just close.
