Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza wasn’t even being thought about being made by the time I arrived at this papa John’s location. The lethargy of the employees as they trudged over to make the pizza was insane. The sacrifice being made to get off instagram for 5 seconds in order to put a pizza in the oven must be too immense to overcome. No uniforms present only strange attire as a man in a trench coat runs the front counter. I don’t think I’ll return to this papa John’s and I don’t recommend that anyone else waste their time coming here.

Placed an order at 6:11 pm for delivery at 11:30 for my husband and myself for when my husband got home from work. No pizza, no contact, 11:30 rolls around no pizza. Call the store, no answer. Midnight, no pizza. Call the store again finally an answer, after the store is closed, they have no order for me. Won't order again, not that it matters to papa John's. manager offered no solution, no apology, just a "whelp" oh well.

These guys must be on drugs…one of my pizza was cut up like an abstract piece of art, the other had ranch sauce mixed with Parmesan sauce and it was horrible…usually Papa gets it OK, this store needs some work on the details.

Ordered two pizzas and buffalo wings. DoorDash driver didn’t have a pizza bag so I got two kinda warm pizzas that weren’t even cut and didn’t get the wings. I asked the driver about the wings and he just stared at me shrugging his shoulders. Called and they said they would have someone bring the wings. Almost 45 minutes later the wings arrived (Cold of course) and with no sauce. If you’re that short staffed that you can’t deliver or even care about the quality of the product and service, then just close.

I asked for my pizzas to be well done and just completely doughy. Terrible.

Ordered from here about a month ago, spent close to $35 on just a pizza and bread sticks, the driver left it on the ground outside without even knocking despite me not having the "leave at door" option selected, the food was cold, 10" bread sticks in a 12" box cut into a ton of tiny pieces almost like they were just playing with the food in there to be funny. The worst part of all of it is that the pizza I got had two giant hairs underneath the cheese connecting between a few slices making the food inedible for me. I called the store and the guy said he'd refund the pizza or do a new delivery, seeing as how the first delivery took forever and showed up inedible I just asked for a refund on the pizza and he said he would put in in after the rush. To this day (more than a month later) I haven't received any refund on my account but I am still down $35 for the money I spent on the food that I couldn't eat. People of st John just get pizza from the dominos they at least use their own drivers and so far I haven't had anything issues besides a bit of a wait (still quicker than this spot).

They employ thieves. Just took an employee home, cab fare was 45, he just got out of cab without paying.

Can’t rate the food it never arrived. The tracker just kept teasing me, 10 minutes, then 5, then 15. Then after and hour from my order time another 15 minute update. Avoid delivery orders at this location. They don’t have drivers and depend on DoorDash to deliver their orders. May be the single worst experience I have ever had with a Papa John’s. Please someone from corporate make them take the delivery option off their site if they aren’t doing the deliveries.

I walked in and placed my order. They were extremely busy. They were working fast. Great staff, polite and the place was clean. Give them a try!!!!! ???
